I came to this location, particularly because they do offer 24 hour service. Came at 1 AM and lengthy wait for just a couple of donuts. Staff was friendly & donuts were good!

This Shipleys is always fast at providing you with your order and accurately. Staff is friendly and the inside seating is such a nice look, extremely clean and great music plays over the speakers. This location offers several types of awesome coffee selections from your regular hit cup, to frappes and including iced beverages like my caramel mocha I ordered, in my picture. But if you aren't feeling like something sweet, you can stop in morning, noon or night and have yourself a kolache! They also have an outdoor seating area so weather permitting, it's a must!

Stopped by the previous morning and asked for a large caramel macchiato with 2 extra shots...3 total. Also ordered donuts and a kolache. The next morning (today), I ordered 1 dozen glazed donut holes and the same coffee with a shot less and asked them to stir it because the espresso just sat on the top and it was just bitter and sweet on the bottom. When I received the coffee it was in a smaller cup. I said i asked for a large. She said that it is larger. I showed the cup I had yesterday. Then here comes a young lady with a slight attitude and stated that I asked for 3 shots yesterday and it didn't fit. But it was how it was delivered to me. I understand what she meant. I politely nodded my head and said okay and drove off. Don't be too quick to jump down people's throat. Things can be explained in a friendly manner. Do better.

Went there for the first time. Service were nice there and the doughnuts were hot and fresh. They made it hot after we order. Love the shop and hope to visit soon again.

Thanks to the recommendation of my cousin from Louisiana, she advised this was the BEST place to get beignets outside of Louisiana (or maybe even better than!)!

So I had to check it out…

While there was an unfortunate delivery issue - no fault to the store themselves, thankfully the store manager helped rectify the situation.

I am extremely grateful to this location’s manager for helping me out, as who knows when I will have an opportunity to try these again, let alone be in Houston.

Their beignets did not disappoint, especially since the manager made sure I had fresh ones (& fresh coffee) when I arrived!

I recommended to anyone that this place is a MUST for the beignets AND Note, not all Shipley locations offer beignets.

While they traditionally have icing sugar on top, we chose the cinnamon / sugar mix option instead (LOVE this version).

If I’m ever back in this city, I’ll be sure to make a b-line to one of their locations for another fix of their beignets (& coffee). I regret not buying a baseball cap… Lol

Shipleys is always ?. What makes this location unique is the fact that unlike any other you can order fresh made to order beignets. This is the original location open 24/7 with a great menu and great staff.

So I stop by this location this morning on my way to work, approximately 2:00am. I order 2 glaze @ drive through window $2.78 , I give young white guy a $20. He gives me $17.00 change and turned around to get my donuts. I tell him he owes me $0.22. He gets an attitude gives me $0.12 slams the window and walked away and ignored me sitting at the window blowing my horn. I finally left because I was on my way to work. Beware
