If you want a small drink or a sweet treat throughout the day, this bakery shop is the place to go. You can find breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon tea alongside delicious ice cream, all under one roof. All their drinks are special, but it's better to order them with less ice. All their ice cream flavors are exquisite. Just try the free samples until you find the one that suits your mood at the time. Many people come to get their treats, and the outdoor seating in front is quite cozy under the tree.

I was looking for a place to take my wife out for a treat and came across Tiny's Milk & Cookies Memorial. I asked what the best treat was and the lady at the counter told me that her most popular item is the Chocolate Chip Cookie. So, naturally, I ordered it and the Seasonal Bread Lemon Blueberry Thyme, the Gluten Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies and a decaf oat milk latte. The taste of the treats was divine! I even enjoyed the smooth taste of the latte. This is an outdoor, order at the window bakery so be prepared for the weather. There's no real covered seating, but there's a nice big green turf if you wanna bring the kids so that they can run around and burn off some of that sugar. I'm giving this place a five star rating. I enjoyed it, the taste was great and it's a fun place to bring a date. It does get kind of crowded and there was a line, but worth it.

✍️This place reminds me of a small town mom-and-pop fresh bakeries type spot. You can only eat outside at the tables so don't expect to be inside for bad?️ weather. They had a variety of treats and sweets for the kids and adults. Although I have not tried everything it definitely look tasty I had the blueberrie? skone and gingerbread cookie with cool refreshing water. This place feels comfortable in a busy environment

Venden un buen helado, el cual se puede disfrutar con la buena atmósfera al aire libre que te brinda este mini center en el área de Memorial.

Iced latte had a good ratio, there wasn’t much parking but it’s a grab and go place so it wasn’t full, and there’s a bit of outdoor seating on a turf. Amazing GF/DF cookies.

I had a delightful experience at this grab-and-go sweet treats and coffee shop! The street front window setup made ordering a breeze, and the range of goodies offered was impressive. The flaky croissants and indulgent Kouign-amanns were highlights, and the selection of cookies and ice cream was equally tempting. The aromatic coffee was the perfect complement to my treats. The convenience and quality of this shop make it a must-visit for anyone craving a quick yet satisfying treat.

Our daughter-in-law recommended we grab some coffee and desserts here, she'd been before and loved it. I enjoyed a hot cappuccino and a decorated sugar cookie shaped like a togo cup of latte with a donut for the cup's handle, cute cookie but taste waas average, the cappuccino was 5 stars. My wife got an iced drink that she liked.

This place was so cute!! I got a lemon poppy seed slice—which was amazing! Obvi I got some chocolate chip cookies, they are great cold or heated up! I had a honey lavender latte. They had every type of milk. The latte was really good, I haven’t had one that good in a long time! There was a restaurant that was closed next door but the area was cool. If you don’t pull up right next to it you have to go around the business plaza a little. It was a little hard to find initially. There were lots of kids there playing outside on the green space. The seating is all outside, lots of little tables and places to sit. Very cute spot that you could bring your kids and your dog. Planning on going back in the morning for another coffee and trying a new pastry.
