I tried the Hot Chocolate at ZUCI, and it's hands down the best I've had! It perfectly matches my taste preference for a rich, dark chocolate flavor with just the right level of sweetness. The consistency is thick and creamy, making it a truly indulgent experience. You can tell they use high-quality chocolate, which really elevates the overall taste.

We also tried the Blueberry NY Style Cheesecake, Classic Tres Leches Cake, and Cappuccino, and they were equally delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed everything!

I absolutely love visiting Zuci - Artisanal Chocolates & Cafe in Hyderabad. The ambience is incredibly calming, with lots of greenery around, making it the perfect place to unwind. They also have an indoor seating option if you prefer to sit inside, which is just as cozy.

Every time I visit, I feel happy and at peace, which keeps me coming back again and again. The food is really good, and the waiters are super friendly. They always suggest options with a smile if you need help deciding what to order.

My go-to dish here is the chicken dumpling soup—it's delicious and something I order every single time. I've also tried the Rambo roll sushi, which was amazing. The pastries are a must-try too—they're not only tasty but also look so tempting.

The cafe is photogenic, making it a great spot to take pictures. It's also easy to find using Google Maps. If you're looking for a place with good food, friendly service, and a peaceful vibe, Zuci is the place to be!

We love Zuci for its amazing desserts and ice creams. The ambiance is beautiful, with plenty of seating space. Valet parking is also available, adding to the convenience.

The 12 layer chocolate slice was so yummy and I ate the whole thing, even though it was quite heavy for one person. Blue berry cheesecake was tender and went well Perfectly and the flavor was amazing.

This place turned out to be completely opposite than what I imagined.
Worn out furniture and too loud music.
We had coffee here and their sourdough sandwich.
Coffee was okish and the sandwich was good. But the ambience just killed the mood.
Indoors and outdoors sitting are available.
Indoors it’s just very noisy.
Nothing completely wrong with this place but still it is just worth 1 visit.

I recommend going to Zuci at night, the atmosphere is great, aesthetics are dope.
No mosquitoes. Very hygienic.
Service was exceptional and fast.
Special thanks to Mr Sumith, whose service was excellent. Food was decent. Mocktails were really good, I recommend Blueberry Lush and pinacolada. Chongqin chicken was decent, if there was more sauce, I’d rate is 5/5. Pasta as Al-dente, not bad at all. I’d recommend this place fs 101. Dining at night would be better. I’d come back here again

With their deserts. I personally love their Rich chocolate pastry and I’d highly recommend trying it. However, I’m not a fan of their cold coffees! I ordered 2 Vanilla Frappe and I saw them putting 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the mixer which resulted in the coffee tasting incredibly and unnecessarily sweet! if you’re purely coming here for cold coffee then I wouldn’t recommend you coming here.

Their food menu is great too. I tried their Chicken Hakka Noodles and to be honest, it’s one of the best I’ve tried in Hyderabad.

Coming to the pricing, it’s fairly reasonable. All in all, a solid cafe with room for improvements.
