Always a great place to stop with the kids when we visit from out of town. They love the different varieties of cones as well as ice cream. Staff is always very friendly and we never have to wait very long to enjoy our delicious ice cream. Highly recommend.

Went to this location at 6:55 PM on a Friday night, Makayla the manager, laughed at me and walked away and had the poor crew member Jinx have to handle the situation. All I asked is could you fill the side of the cup that’s empty, and it was like pulling teeth. I have never seen such poor management skills, where a manager laughs in my face and walks away over a little extra bit of ice cream. I will no longer be a customer of twistee treat. When it goes out of business, we know why.

I asked if they could dip waffle cones in Reese’s and this is what I received upside down in a cup…. How tf am I supposed to eat this. And who eats chocolate ice cream with Reese’s. I already know the owner is going to comment back and ask me to take MORE of my own time and email them and fill out a survey and stuff. Not doing that, just save your money and time and go somewhere else. Workers also seem miserable and treat customers like a burden. This place sucks and will annoy you

When arriving at twister treat I saw it was busier than a normal Monday night but I am happy customer and have plenty of patience to wait in line.However when ordering the brownie sundae, My father asked me to pick up another ice cream for my brother, so I wanted to wait so it didn’t melt. however it was 10:01 and they close at 10:30 one of the coworker lied to me on the night June 26 after I saw her texting and on the phone while other coworker were working very hard I felt betrayed by this twisty treat never come here again, however the brownie sundae ate!

What a fun-filled time!! We loved going here to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday. Generous ice cream amount too!! Many people enjoying their delicious choice of ice cream. Efficient drive thru as well.

There was one 6-person party on the patio when we pulled up in the drive thru. We were the third vehicle. IT TOOK 30 minutes from the moment we pulled in to the moment we received the ice cream. THIRTY MINUTES. We would have left and gone to DQ down the street but a car had pulled in behind us. Eventually, they left but we were just pulling up to the window. I cannot believe it took so long for ice cream. There were three people working, one was a trainee.

We ordered two sundaes, and received two milkshakes. When we brought up the discrepancy with the lady working she claimed our milkshakes were sundaes. On top of the order being wrong, we didn't receive whip cream on our milkshakes, and our cups were maybe 3/4 filled. The server was exceptionally rude, and verbally complained that we got there 30 minutes before close.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!

The issue occured about 9:30 pm, 1/28/24. The server was a petite, Anglo female, who appeared in her early 20's.
