The UPS Store - Alliston, Ontario

Whenever I have to courier a package I use UPS.
The location in Alliston is at a convenient location, easy to park, the staff help you package up your item to be sent, and the price point is reasonable.
UPS has a nice tracking APP too.

I went into the store wanting to create a shipment. A white male proceeded to walk in behind me. He began making homosexual remarks making me feel uncomfortable. I then felt him press up behind me. Apparently by “accident”. He WAS FULLY ERECTED… I left the store so fast. I’m too scared to come back…

I should’ve just used Canada Post, same service, less disappointment.
I paid for door delivery. What I got? A package sent to an access point.
UPS claims: “Attempted delivery – no one home.”
That’s false.
I’m home with a broken knee, two large dogs that bark at everything, and cameras on my driveway. No one came. No doorbell rang. No approach. No attempt. The only thing delivered was a false report.

I realized while on hold for a long time what UPS CANNOT do:
Redeliver from the access point
Refund the delivery fee
Hold their drivers accountable

What UPS can do:
Blame the customer
Reward the driver who lied

What I the customer has to do:
Call customer service
File a claim
Email support
Prove innocence with video evidence
Chase accountability.

All this… just to get what I already paid for. Appalling!I

Went to this location recently. Someone eventually came out from the back room not greeting me with a question of how they could help... Whatever. I get it. It was 930 in the morning. People are tired.

Anyway, I asked for the service that I arrived for, and his response was, and I'm not exaggerating, was: "right now?"

He took his time, fumbling around, and I just sighed and told him to forget it and left.

This was my first time in a UPS store. And probably my last.

Walked into the store and saw this man attempt to steal someone’s service cat. Thankfully his efforts were nullified by Ven’s intervention. I later got into contact with the man and he said the cat was fine.

The service was great thanks to the young white man sitting at the front desk. I had an easy time shipping my package, and the boy made it easy. And he was very handsome

** Update - Still no resolution from either this store or UPS. I cannot believe the unprofessional behaviour by both. I am owed a refund. I will be filing a complaint with BBB, and a few others.

l paid for a package (packed by me) containing insulin (for a cat) to be shipped next day to Dartmouth, NS. My transactions were complete by 11:20am Monday Dec. 16th. I was told it would be picked up around 3pm, and on the plane at midnight. Suddenly over night I receive an "exception notice" that the package would be delayed to the next day. When I inquired (after sitting hold with UPS ) I was told the "billing" information wasn't sent in time. I don't submit billing information, the UPS store does. Thankfully, I had ice packs and extra packing. The package that should have been received Tuesday early afternoon, was not received until after 4pm 24 hours later. I cannot get through as you only have one staff, and she is extremely busy. She will remember me as the insulin going was to save a cat's life. I will be filing a complaint, because either the store, or UPS needs to reimburse me.
