Meticulous and experienced, tell him what you want and he will get it done. He is a perfectionist and fair. Quoted me a price based on an hour's work, job actually took 3 hours but only charged quoted price. Had an unusual job of altering a swivel base from one semi truck seat to make it fit a different semi truck seat. It involved taking the swivel completely apart and remaking it. Great job!!!
