I drove here on a Friday morning at 10:20am to find a hand written note on the door that they will open 10 mins past 10. I waited 15 minutes but no-one came to open the shop. I called the company number and got a child’s voice recording. I rang the Ring doorbell which seemed to be dead.

It’s unfortunate for a small businesses to lose the business, as I intended to purchase an assortment of bulk candies and treats to stock up a theater candy room.

Yikes. So expensive. There's a large assortment of candy, however, be prepared to overpay. I realized after I left that I paid $12.99 for a regular size bag of Strawberry Sour Patch Kids...they literally cost no more than $5.00 elsewhere. I bought a few other overpriced pieces of candy that I could've purchased at Galco's in LA for less...will never go back here. It was also uncomfortable to shop because the cashier stared at me the entire time like I was going to steal something. I had no purse, no other bags...guess I could've put items in my pockets? I don't like writing negative reviews, however, between being watched uncomfortably and paying an excessive amount for candy...not a great experience.

This store is really fun! Fun flavors of pop, interesting candies from other countries, and interesting sweets. I will say that the candy here is quite overpriced and can be bought for less at different foreign stores, but that only takes off one star for me because of the overall fun experience of going to the store and because I understand the convenience of having all of these imported sweets in one store.

This store has collections of soda pop & candy, not just from US markets even from international markets. I saw labels with Japanese and Chinese!

Although Rocket Fizz is technically a candy, soda, and novelties store, it’s worthy of being listed as a museum 🙂
All the sodas, candies, chocolates, art, and amusing signs are displayed so clean, neat, and orderly that it is a pleasure to tour as well as shop. It’s like a living museum with no admission charge where everything you see is for sale.

They do gift baskets ? too

I called to ask if they sold funko pop and specifically for dumbo and the woman was very mean. She said they had too big of a selection for her to look and I’d have to come to the store to look. I drove 20 min and they did not have a big selection. The woman could have checked for me on the phone. It only took me 5 min total to look for myself. She was clearly just lazy.

As mentioned most of what’s here is expensive but it’s also hard to get a variety like this in one place. What is not often mentioned is that the salt water taffy and other non-chocolate bulk candy are super cheap by the bag. Grab an $8 or 11$ bag and just fill it with whatever you want. It’s a dream for the kiddos.
