Had a phenomenal stay at the Ramada in Regina. Really comfortable rooms and the underground parking was nice for downtown. We visited the lounge for dinner and drinks and also enjoyed the food. Was great to sit by the fireplace! Thanks Brad for the great personal service. Definitely recommend!

We stayed this past weekend, Friday night to Sunday checkout, at a large conference, with 400 attendees . We ate every meal on-site, cooked by hotel staff, and had snacks from the kitchen in all meeting rooms. The food and the service by waitstaff was INCREDIBLE!!! The only issue was a bit of a wait on the Friday night for service on menu choices, but there was an alternative buffet option that was delicious and kept fresh.

The rooms were clean, and our room was very spacious. We had moved some of the furniture, and it looked like they even vacuum under the beds very often.

The hotel is currently under some renovations to update rooms. Ours was freshly renovated and was amazing. Our friends were in a room that was not updated, but was still clean and comfortable.

I would recommend having any event at this location! Every interaction we had with staff was great. Housekeeping was very helpful when we needed just a few towels and one shampoo, the food service was fantastic, considering how many of us they served multiple meals and snacks, and the other staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful.

Immediately as soon as I enter the building I am almost jumped by a dude on a bike. Luckily I was quick enough to get into the building. Great start to the rude awakenings I would soon encounter. Floor is sticky, desk has glue all on it. Broken/cracked tiles in bathroom. Walls peeling. Paint splattered all over. And a weird smell too. Breakfast made me SUPER sick. Do they even cook their food properly. I'm worried about this hotel still being up.

I booked a stay for my friend and his family, but the experience was unsatisfactory. Despite being told the $15 parking fee could be waived at checkout, they were unexpectedly charged $20 with no explanation. When they arrived, the room smelled unpleasant and had not been cleaned. No housekeeping had been done before serving new guests so my friend had to clean it himself. Additionally, the air conditioner was not operational, though maintenance staff responded promptly and courteously. Given the inconsistent fee policy, lack of cleanliness for incoming guests, and initial facility issues. Despite responsive maintenance, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Look it's an amazing hotel with a wonderful staff and fantastic food and drink options. Rooms are huge and comfortable with absolutely no odors or any thing to make you feel like you're living in someone else's space. I would give 10/10 recommendations BUT I booked this specific hotel for the hot tub and it was out of order. Absolutely no fault of any staff or the hotel but still reflects my experience and my stay, everything else was perfect but not being able to enjoy the reason I booked was a let down. Great hotel, great staff but just not everything I'd hoped for in my booking if I'm being 100% honest. Will 100% stay again in hopes to experience the hot tub!

STAY AWAY!

Wow… where to start.

1. First room was dirty (hair all over the bathroom) and the air conditioning didn’t work. Room was getting warmer rather than cooler.

2. Was moved to a second room… even warmer (75 F), air conditioning also didn’t work. Actual pubic hair in the bathtub.

3. Maintenance came to my room and literally suggested TURNING THE TEMPERATURE UP in order to get the AC to work (surprise, it didn’t work).

4. Maintenance staff gave up. No call from the front desk. No call from the manager. No solution.

5. Hotel charged me $19 per day to park at this ‘quality’ hotel. A fellow hotel guest advised me NOT to pay for parking through the hotel… feeding the meter on the parking lot costs only $3 per day 👍🏼

I have two simple expectations in a hotel… clean rooms and heating/cooling that works so that I can sleep.
This hotel fails 100% on those two expectations and, even worse, assumes no responsibility for their failure.

**UPDATE **
Just found out two other families were moved to different rooms this weekend as well.
- one family for the same AC/temperature issue we experienced.
- The other family was moved when they found what appeared to be BED BUGS in their room!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
1. Walking in from outside, a massive piece of metal soffit flies off the roof and almost hits someone.
2. Walking in from the $19 a day parkade, all you can smell is piss.
3. Walking into the lobby, there are 20+ security guards, supposedly there to prevent noise complaints (?)
4. The elevator is full of guests, there is no need for a maintenance guy to come in and say “you’re going to have to move”.
5. Pool, hot tub and fitness centre are closed “due to maintenance” and wasn’t made aware. When reading reviews about the broken a/c units, I assume this won’t be fixed anytime soon.
6. Urine scent follows you to each floor.
7. Found a new hotel and didn’t even stay one night due to feeling unsafe.
