Great experience all-around! Mike in sales knew his products and gave us terrific prices. His follow up was first rate. Products were all in stock. Delivery team and installers were wonderful. This is my second time shopping there. They have my family’s business. Don’t bother with impersonal big box stores this is an old fashioned family run business that has the right formula down pat, “make your customers happy!”

All- around fantastic experience! I will definitely be returning for other appliances! My shopping experience was made quick and easy by my salesman, Keith, who paid attention to everything I was looking for (and not looking for) in a new gas range, showed me some options and then showed me the new model I ended up purchasing. Delivery went smoothly, both of the delivery men were careful not to bump or scratch either the new appliance or anything in my home, they made sure I had all information about my new range and made sure all questions were answered. They were extremely friendly and courteous, and installation was smooth as silk!

My 4 year old Maytag dishwasher died an untimely death and it was better to replace them repair. I was recommended to check out Mrs Gs and was surprised that their price not only beat out the big box stores, but so did their delivery time, installation price and haulaway. The staff there were so kind and efficient, I wish I had known about them prior, they secured a customer for life. Within a few days my new dishwasher was in and my sanity was restored.

I had a great experience ordering a new fridge, dishwasher and oven with Mrs G. My salesperson (Mo S) was extremely knowledgeable and discussed (and showed me floor models) for different options. He asked questions about the size and layout of my kitchen to help select the right appliances. Mo clearly explained that the dishwasher would have a different installer than the fridge/oven and that it would include an install charge NOT thru Mrs G. All very clear. When the oven was delivered, the installers pointed a dent out to me! They called Mrs G office, informed them of the damage and ordered me a "loaner oven" as Thanksgiving was just a few days away. The loaner oven worked great and I was able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The replacement oven arrived about a week later and installers Bill/Ken did a great job (professional, polite and knew what they were doing). I did have an issue with the installers of the "loaner oven". They rushed and dismissed my concern that I smelled gas. When they left, I called Mrs G customer service with my concern and they responded immediately. They sent a very experienced installer very quickly to tighten the connection and problem solved. Mrs G customer service was easy to contact and work with. In the past, I have worked with Big Box stores for appliances (my microwave) and had major issues. I would highly recommend ordering appliances with Mrs G.

He took us around the store, explained the features of the fridge we were buying and answered all of our questions. We purchased a new refrigerator on Saturday and they were able to install on Monday! This fit our schedule perfectly.
The installation went well and the home was kept clean.
My only complaint is that the driver did not call Monday morning with a time window, and only called 10 minutes before arrival. We did appreciate the call on Sunday to remind us and that caller told us to expect a call from the driver.
