Make better iced coffee, please. You guys keep giving me cream with water. I can’t even taste the coffee. Also, maybe slightly less vanilla syrup? There was maybe half an inch of syrup sitting at the bottom of the cup.

I just got off work and I'm super hungry. I took my fourth bite and suddenly felt something hard. I was like, "What is this hard stuff? It's supposed to be soft." Unbelievably, it was a wooden stem in my sausage burrito. Disgusting. ? I called them but they never answered their phone. I went there on November 5th, 2020 at 8:57 am.

We went to McDonald's for lunch, and it was an exciting time! Surprisingly enough, their ice cream machines were not broken. Needless to say, we enjoyed the ice cream while it was in stock. Also, my husband tried out their Mocha Coffee. He, who never even drinks coffee from fast food restaurants, actually loved it! I definitely recommend this, with its sweetness mixed with caffeine. Overall, our lunch consisted of the normal things, and I would rate them a solid 4/5.

At first I thought it was just like any regular mcdonalds with workers who are careless especially because of the typical rude customers you get at these fast food joints. One I didn't have to wait in line because I got to order on a screen myself and second they brought the food out to me and I was so distracted at first and came a lady who greeted me and even thanked me a lot for ordering from mcdonalds. A very good customer service that caught my eye today by a huge surprise

Nobody was at the register at all but I Got a medium strawberry banana smoothie came out as a small and not even filled all the way up. I had to order on the screen then had to wait forever to tell them because nobody was out helping and serving customers everything was done in the screen order station. I had a hard time communicating my issue because of a language barrier. They barely seemed to speak English.Not to mention this “MEDIUM” was 5 dollars. I hope I didn’t get spit in my drink for asking for my full drink. Worst Mc Donald’s experience I’ve had by far.

Service is always slow and they boost their metrics for owners/corporate by closing out lobby orders and making people pull forward to the parking lot for drive through orders, for a simple cheeseburger order.

Really! Does McDonald deliver 2 ton package of half sliced cheese. Or do you pay for someone to cut it in half before you microwave it? You also cut the sauce in half on the filet fish! Its just not the same. You SUCK! I live in Utah…things are done differently there. Does that savings pay for your vacation down the street?
