Dr. Haussmann and everyone I met during my time at his clinic were very friendly, informative, and professional. I left being very encouraged and excited about being able to have a procedure scheduled which would take care of my long term, very difficult problem. Everything was completely taken care of and I was given both oral and written information. I highly recommend Dr. Haussmann and his staff!

I LOVE Dr. Haussman. One of the best surgeons in Baton Rouge. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Hausmann has special interest in advanced Minimally Invasive Surgery including robotic surgery, particularly focusing on acid-reflux surgery and bariatric (weight-loss) surgery, as well as surgery for benign and malignant colon diseases, hernia, gallbladder and endocrine (thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal) pathologies.

Not only is he the best in his area, he has an amazing bedside manner, cares about his patients and listens to them. And his team is AMAZING!! All the nurses and residents working under him are 10/10. Each and every one of them.

He has saved my life and am forever grateful to him.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Hausmann was great. He asked about my medical history and about why I was there today. He gave me my options and told me what has to happen next.
