We’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at MarineMax Pompano Beach over the past four years and our experience has been fantastic. Most recently, Ben in the service department went above and beyond to ensure all necessary work on our boat was completed smoothly. Despite the busy week of the boat show, Ben was highly attentive, even reaching out to warranty providers to try to secure coverage on a couple of items post warranty expiration—truly going the extra mile to help us save. The service he provided us was exceptional.

From Bill Massa, the excellent boat broker, to Mark Epperson in sales, who’s always there to help with everything big or small, and the brave and patient Capt. Brock Trimble, the entire team goes above and beyond. Nicole in service is both patient and lucky (if you’re on a MarineMax Bimini getaway, make sure she’s by your side during blackjack!). We can’t forget Julia Lucato, Madison Roberts, Alex in the service yard, who once saved us from near catastrophe, and Tiffani Karczewski. They, along with many others, make MarineMax Pompano Beach a truly exceptional place.

Having purchased two boats from them, we’ve always felt valued and prioritized. The team frequently goes out of their way to make sure we’re well taken care of, even arranging for technicians to come to our home when needed. Their professionalism, hard work, and dedication are evident in everything they do, and we’re incredibly grateful for their continued support. We couldn’t be happier with MarineMax Pompano Beach and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly dedicated team!

We bought a new Galeon from Marine Max Pompano and the post delivery service has been amazing. We were assigned a dedicated service coordinator named Jake Stark and the guy is a Rock Star. He follows new boats for a few months to coordinate items that fail during what they call the "Shake Out Period". We had A LOT of stuff "shake out" and fail but their service team was all over it. Whether at our dock, on FaceTime with a Galeon specialist or flying a tech to the Bahamas. 5 STAR Customer Service!

Tyler Hill had the patience, energy, and knowledge to work with me for nearly a year to find the right boat. He stayed in constant contact throughout our extended search and he always treated me as an old friend. Working with Gus Morales in the finance department was flawless. Gus showed me a refreshing level of customer service that you, simply, do not see anymore in dealerships. I applaud the entire team for all their dedication and passion for the industry.

David in the parts department saved our trip! We had some questionable work done before our trip and found out it wasn’t ready. We were desperate to make our weather window for the bucket list trip the owner has been working his whole life for. David provided an amazing solution that got us back in the water in time for the weather window! We owe this trip to his willingness to solve our problem when other companies didn’t offer real solutions and told us tough luck. Not David he said “I got you” and sure enough he did and now we re in the Bahamas catching fish and soaking up the sun. The owner of the vessel and his family couldn’t be happier!
