Stopped in here for our first time last Sunday, for breakfast. It was PHENOMENAL! The restaurant wasn't to busy or crowded, the staff was enthusiastic and upbeat, and at the end of our terrific meal the very pleasant manager, Kwamtiko Neal, gave us her business card and 2 free AMAZING cinnamon Biscuits. We thought we would save them for later but the warmth and smell of them drew us to munching them down before we even went on with our day. MAPLESTREET is definitely one of new favorites!

What I ordered vs. what I received. Half the ingredients missing is apparently just fine with you guys. Other items had eggs cooked wrong and we were completely missing an item in the order as well. The side of bacon was burnt crumbs, with no piece longer than half an inch. Tried calling, but it sounded like your phone mic was full of cotton balls, so no help there. I guess since it was a delivery order, you guys figure you can just half-ass it to save some money and send it knowing there's little that can/will be done about it. This place definitely isn't what it used to be.

I used to love coming here, but after a 6-year hiatus, I’m really disappointed with how things have changed. The wait time was ridiculously slow. When the food finally arrived, my order was wrong—something simple, but it’s frustrating when you're hungry and things aren’t as expected. To make matters worse, my waffle was made wrong and when addressed with the staff, they gave us burnt waffles. This is hard to overlook when it’s such a staple of their menu.

The restaurant itself is in serious need of attention. It looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while, with cleaning supplies just left on the countertop. It gives off a very unkempt, disorganized vibe that makes it hard to relax and enjoy your meal. Overall, it feels like the place has really gone downhill, and I can’t see myself returning anytime soon. Definitely not the experience I remember.

This place was amazing when it was a mom and pop. And since Cracker Barrel bought them, this place had gone way down hill.

The employee at the register looled like she was miserable. So i am thinking Cracker Barrel does not pay them well enough to survive, let alone put a smile on their face.

The sausage gravy is def not the same. Its oily, shiny, and yellow. The cleanliness is also questionable. Later to realize, i had asked for no cheese… and its the cheese that mixed with the sausage gravy to give it the new appearance and oily shiny look.

The manager, Tika, stepped in and was amazing. She offered to fix order immediately or refund. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to and def made a huge difference to my experience and the all over atmosphere. So revised my original review for the better. I will be back.

Cracker barrel bought this name and concept to replace their failing biscuit restaurants… but they are gonna run this once amazing place into the ground, too, if not careful. My advice, employ people just like Tika.

This is how my sausage breakfast taco came delivered. A ripped up cold sausage patty (not even cubed - do you people not have knives?), cold eggs and unmelted cheese. If this restaurant had an ounce of quality control, they would never have let it out the kitchen door. Absolute bullshit ?

Have ordered from this location thru Uber Eats several times in the past with no issues. Went in this morning when they first opened to eat in, no other customers in the store. There were dirty tables (at 7:10 am), staff were not friendly, nobody acknowledged us when we walked in or for a few minutes while we were waiting to order, nor did any of them look happy to be there. There was an African American female who appeared to possibly be the manager, didn’t acknowledge us in any way either. We ordered, when food came my Squawking Goat sandwich was on a small plate, chicken visually appeared to be overcooked, was small, and the whole thing was smothered with a crazy amount of pepper jelly. The biscuit was about 1/4” thick on both sides and rock hard. It was inedible, and we ended up returning it and getting a refund. Won’t order from here again, just overall horrible experience.

Ordered at 11:39 on a Sunday, Which I understood was going to be busy. However to wait and hour and a half to get a 3 item order is disasterous. When I went to the counter to inform our very kind cashier about not having our food I was informed that it wasn’t even in the process of being made. The Manager didn’t have anything to say to any of the other pissed off guests including myself about their food until we were irritable. I believe the system of calling candy bars and superheroes is great for a week day and gives a restaurant culture however, during a busy weekend shift where the staff is so lost they are comparable to deer in headlights, it’s probably not the best idea. My pregnant wife and I didn’t receive our food until around 1. Not the best experience and I have had much better service and wait times at this location before. Will not be returning to this location and I recommend all of you steer clear as well. Also a little last minute advice, don’t serve raw chicken to a pregnant woman.

I ordered this for delivery and was sorely disappointed with this location. I normally order from San Marco and it's fantastic. I ordered extra cheese and bacon in the bluegrass grits bowl. There was no extra cheese on top and I could not taste ANY cheese in the watery grits at all. I was beyond upset over the squawking goat because that is my favorite. As you can see this goat cheese is not in a medallion nor fried. I haven't eaten it yet because I'm so disappointed in the effort. The hash browns were not cooked inside, Even though they looked kind of burned on the outside, I had to air fry them to finish cooking them. And the sour cream was like water! This is beyond disappointing. Everything was just subpar or way below. And after paying over $30 before tip for delivery I will not ever order from this location again.
