Endroit qui pourrait être sympa , sauf qu’avec lés bagages la zone pour se reposer est vite pleine . Glace molle sans goût ni tooping proposé. Déçu ?

Been here 3 times now, and they have produced consistently good baked goods. I've tried several cookies flavors and they're all good portions and tasty. They're a tad expensive, but understandable for the quality you're getting. They also do great croissants and have good quality macaroons too, although I'm not a huge fan of macaroons in general. Try them next time you're in Montreal Trudeau, it's worth a great treat for yourself or as a gift for a loved one!

Bought some macaroons as a gift! A bit expensive, but they were well received in nice packaging! I tried some too, and they were quite good. Lots of different flavours.

Picked up some macarons for my mother and I to enjoy when I got home. They travelled well (packaging was super cute) and my mother said they were some of the best she's ever had and I'd have to agree. I don't understand the other reviews about them being gross... they are pricey but that's to be expected! As someone who's taken a baking class just to learn how to make macarons it's a LOT of work.
I'll definitely be back whenever I fly through Montreal again :] the service was also great and the selection was huge
Late review since I went on June 20!

What's the point of flying if you don't stock up on desserts beforehand? Ahead of my flight to Switzerland, I decided to sweeten my layover at the Montreal Airport with a visit to their patisserie, La Biscuitery (Montral-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Dorval, QC H4Y 0A2). A vibrant family-owned dessert shop, La Biscuitery is perhaps best known for the macarons and homemade pastries, made with a pinch of decadence and lots of refinement!
Hoping to get something sweet before the flight, I ordered Danoise Érable et Pécan (transl. Danish Maple & Pecan) and Crème à Glacé (transl. Ice Cream). A sublime pastry creation, the Danoise Érable et Pécan combined the rich warmth of maple with the nutty indulgence of pecans, encased in layers of flaky, buttery Danish pastry, made only better with the Crème à Glacé that was utterly creamy and sweet - a heavenly dessert combination!
However, the true stars were the macarons delivered to me in Waterloo once I returned from Switzerland! From the ethereal vanilla and pistachio macarons that whisked me away to a Parisian patisserie, to the exotic allure of the coconut and raspberry macarons and the awakening coffee and delightful mac-a-do, every macaron was a masterpiece of sweet perfection, made only better by the delightful staff that shipped me a scarf I had forgotten at their patisserie along with the box of sweet treats!
It goes without saying that this lovely patisserie is on my list of recommended places - definitely check them out if you ever travel through the Montreal airport!

Bought few cookies while at the YUL, they're not dense or stick inside your mouth but lighter and has good balance of sweetness and texture.
Asian guy behind the counter was quick and courteous, answered few questions about cookies, provided the detail receipt upon request. For someone who has sweet tooth can quench their little appetite here with their cookies.

Paid 30$ for 6 cookies but really they were just rocks. I took a bite of two and both were so hard. Went back and the girl there squished 2 cookies with her hand and said look they are soft. But also she touched all of them. Then said they dont do refunds.

Why touch my food then? I asked her to change the 2 that she squished and she did it but took the squished cookies and put them back on the counter to sell to someone else. So someone else is getting that cookie.

Not fresh at all and very rude customer service.
