My son and I had transmission troubles on a Sunday afternoon and needed to have towed across town. We were also pulling a utility trailer, I had my wife meeting me from across town and I was able to call K&G towing, i spoke with Kevin and he was professional and courteous and went above and beyond to coordinate time to when my wife would arrive to pickup trailer and he would arrive to tow truck to the shop. He arrived early and patiently waited on my wife who got delayed in traffic. I was charged exactly what was quoted which was a fair price. I highly recommend K&G Towing when service is needed.

I was caught in a bad storm, my car hydroplaned and I broke my axle. It was dark and 3 am. I am a traveling supervisor so wasn’t familiar with my surroundings. I called K&G, the owner answered. He was very professional, had me send a pin, he stayed on the phone (47 minutes) to make sure I was safe. The whole experience mad a very bad experience as good as it could be. He definitely went above and beyond.

Excellent experience. Shamari was super cool and allowed me to make an appointment for towing services three days in advance. He arrived promptly on time at 5:30am and waited with me at inspection site were vehicle was towed. He then went back later and picked the vehicle up and returned it to my residence. Would definitely use his services again!!

First off, we have the upmost respect for hard workers and stand up individuals, Kevin of K&G Towing simply edified those qualities. Not only was his services by far the cheapest in town, his customer service was top notch also. He took great care and consideration when loading and unloading my “show/performance” vehicle not wanting to damage it in any way. I called Kevin from K and G towing when I was in a desperate situation. He delivered my car to the dealership promptly. There was a horrible mix up with the dealer, not Kevin's fault. He went out of his way to calm me down. He met me at the car rental place and took me to my car. Kevin is the only business person that charged a fair price. Taking me to my car was not part of his job. Because he cares about other people and providing good customer service, he did it anyway. He felt compassion for a scared old woman who was being overcharged by others. He refused to take one cent for driving me to the dealership. He solved a problem that was not his fault. He actually restored my faith in my fellow man. There are a few good business people left. Kevin is the best. Please give him your business. You may rely upon being treated like a friend.
