Dr. Flores saw me for my one lung , asthma and sleep issues. I was sent for a sleep study to address my continual insomnia. During this sleep study they said I slept longer than I did, and I had huge concerns regarding the professionalism displayed to me when I got my results online. I messaged him to feel comfortable enough about having my next appointment with him. He did not respond, but someone on his behalf said he will go over results with me in November. That wasn't at all what my message was about and I felt abandoned as a patient. None of my concerns were addressed. They focused on my breathing only during the results, and not once was my concern of insomnia addressed. I felt like a number here and not like a patient that he was caring for. My husband saw him too. He still has the continual cough that he has had for months. Dr. Flores had him to an at home sleep study and an X-Ray. They both came back ok, but my husband still has the cough. Dr. Flores has showed no concern about addressing the issue of his cough still continuing. This is highly concerning.

Dr. Flores was professional, attentive and Empathetic. He carefully laid out the details of a "sleep study" and asked many questions for specificity as it related to my areas of concern...He explained how social emotional status can most certainly impact physical health and has a sense of patient concern. Awesome Specialist!

So since before March 14th until today I have yet to get a response from Dr flores's office about the thrush that was caused from my asthma medicine. I'm immunocompromised and this place is such a joke. I would never recommend them nor would I recommend dually Healthcare because they truly don't care about your health. See the screenshots. See how ridiculous this is. They don't even have the dates right that I was in their office. And as you can see as of yet. No response. No calls.

I was told I had a 15 minute grace period by multiple workers in central scheduling. I was 15 minutes behind exactly for my appointment. This was for a seriously necessary medical evaluation/follow up. Drove from 1 hour away and was turned away with no remorse by the doctor, the front desk woman was so nasty to me when I expressed to her what I was informed of!! I feel so racially profiled, she treated all the white people getting checked in before me so nicely..will be finding a new pulmonologist. Take your money elsewhere if you’re of color, thumbs DOWN.

Dr. Flores was very professional and transparent with his findings and discussed how to prevent flare ups in the future. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr.Flores for anyone who are in need of a pulmonologist.
