Having auto insuarance policy with them for 9 consecative years, whiles i was on holiday my insuarance payment did not go through due to a technical issue with the bank and partly my fault for not keeping a tab on things...however trying to re-instate my policy was extremely futile to say the lease....they just was not interested in hearing your story and untimately another provider came to by resure. So when everythings good there are happy to collect the premium and when things get difficult, they look the otherside.

They have a very friendly and cooperative staff who always happy to help and give quotes about any information.
Once I visited there office and got a chance of customer service from Manpreet kaur and she gave me a excellent and fabulous suggestions about my auto insurance. Even she recommended me to have personal insurance along with auto which nobody offered before.
