Great customer service you're always greeted while you walk in the hotel, and while your leaving. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, house keeping did an awesome job. The room temperature was awesome. It was very quiet throughout the day, and especially at night. The TV in the room went out on our 2nd to last night there, and the overnight front desk personnel was quick to tell me I'll move you to another room right away. Being we only had one more night to stay we were good with staying put. Overall I'd stay there again.

Currently undergoing construction, which we were informed of.
The rooms were clean and somewhat updated, unfortunately carpeted.
The AC was loud and kept waking us up.
The night we stayed, we were awoken at 1am with people speaking loudly and running back and forth, I went outside to see what was happening and there were firefighters all over the floor, (at 1am that was a scare) but absolutely no communication as to what was happening and what to do next. The guest next door came out and looked just as confused and scared as we were. As we were about to ask a firefighter, he just shouted get back in the room. The next morning we asked what was happening and was told it was nothing (that would have been helpful if they'd make an announcement or something in the night)

First thank you God for this stay!!
After getting basically scammed by Groupon (thank goodness we got our money back), Manager Andrew reasoned with us and helped us in every way he could to get us a fair deal after all the madness with Groupon. We even booked an extra night! The hotel is going through renovations as they change over into Marriott, but we weren’t bothered by it one bit! Andrew even went out of his way to give us nearby recommendations to enjoy West Palm Beach, and we had a blast! Thank you for such great accommodations during our vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

Beware! We have stayed at holiday inn properties all the over the world and the USA for over 15 years and always had good experiences, until now. This hotel is a nightmare. We had major flooding in our room, the carpet was water soaked, the front desk did not seem to care. The room smelled of mold and gave us headaches. The air conditioning unit was insanely loud. I did not sleep a minute. The only reason we stuck it through the night is because my child was already asleep after a long trip and we didn’t want to make a bad situation worse.
We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we have already booked a different hotel. There’s no way I’m spending an extra night in a place like this.
Stay away from this place.

The room had an off-putting smell. Notes detailing information to book an escort were left by a previous guest on the door hanger which was incredibly inappropriate to leave in our room. Then there was no hot water for the length of our stay. They also didn't offer free breakfast to guests. The reading lights on the headboard did not work and the mini fridge barely kept food cold.

We stayed one night at this hotel on our way to South Florida.
The reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the area where it's located (not very nice) and that it is under renovations so it took us 3 tries to find a good room to stay.
The pros and great things about this hotel: the crew. From Nelly at the front desk going above and beyond to get us a room that works for us to the hotel manager Matthew being really nice, to Eli at the breakfast and everyone around the hotel. Moussa at the omelette station, and I'm forgetting many others that I don't know their names, but they all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The room itself was comfortable and so were the beds and pillows.
I would really recommend it.
