Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé. Les chambres sont calmes, spacieuses et confortables. Le literie est très bonne et la salle de bain parfaite.

Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute. Bref je recommande cet hôtel.

We stayed there last night and we will never stay there again. First, this hotel is old and needs to be completely renovated. Our room was dirty, the bathroom had mold and the wallpaper was falling off the wall. There was absolutely no water pressure so taking a shower was a miserable experience. On top of it all half of the cable channels including ESPN did not work.

As an added bonus there is a 10 dollar per night fee for parking. As an extra double bonus breakfast is not provided, instead they charge 18.95 per person.

Do yourself a favor and find a better hotel.

We wouldn’t stay here again, we fly out of Charlotte all the time and wanted to stay the night prior to our morning flight. This hotel was double the prices of other near hotels so we picked it hoping it was nice and since we usually like Holiday Inn as well as when booking through American we got bonus miles for the stay. Immediately the bad taste in the mouth was they told me I was at the wrong hotel and had to pull up my reservation. I literally had navigated to the address in my reservation. Another was the signs that you have to pay for parking. So we asked if it is comped for hotel guests as I could understand they charge if people park while at the airport or traveling. It’s $10/night AND when you pay it they add a $0.99 service charge to pay. So it is now $11/night, so knit picky! Then they charge for breakfast and everything else! When going into the halls they are outdated. I see the business responses to reviews and I must say, if this parking cost helps them provide value and service then why wouldn’t updated and clean rooms be part of that? Also, our AC did not cool the room at all. We turned it down before going to dinner and the room was the same temperature. This place will nickel and dime you!

Don’t stay here under NO circumstances. Rooms are ABSOLUTELY horrendous! If you require a noise free room. THIS IS NOT IT! I felt like I slept in a train station (listen to video, if I am able to post it) staff member (Marcus) told me (when I asked to CHANGE room) the system was the same way in ALL the rooms. Horrible moldy bathroom, crappy TV, this place needs a total renovation.
*** not able to post recording of the noise I had to endure! This was a company paid room (which I have notified employer) contract should be terminated IMMEDIATELY!

Nice hotel, but for the price I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express about a mile away next time. This hotel has $10 parking and you have to pay with another app that charges you a fee. You can NOT add this to your bill. So when traveling for work you have yet another receipt that you have to account for. Also the breakfast is was $18.95. At the Holiday Inn Express parking is included and comes with a small breakfast.

They charge for everything. Parking is $10 a day. The staff are some of the most unhappy, unfriendly people I've met. They can't seem to get their breakfast staff out of bed. 2 mornings out of 4 they were an hour late opening. Overall, I hate this place.

Stayed here 18th thru 20th. Most horrible Holiday Inn experience. Premium Gold member. Booked over phone but the stay horrible. My room's heating/air worked but you could not sleep for the noise it made, so I turned it off completely. Called fr9nt desk, and three people finally came to my door, used their key to enter while I was in bed. Informed me they were not aware the room had been rented out. 2nd, I went for breakfast, it looked like buffet usually served at express and I was charged 18.99. 3rd, room was not cleaned, did not get clean towels or trash removed. When reported, I was told, we do not clean room's daily, you have to request towel service, I got clean towels after three calls. I refused to go down 3 floors to request clean towels and I am paying you $250.00+, paying 10.00 daily parking at this hotel and lobby bathrooms were disgusting.
So, with that being said, best thing for this place was the beds, End of my story.
