Definitely the best money I’ve ever spent on home improvements without a doubt! The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and trusted! All the information they gave, both on the phone and while installation, has turned out to be 100% trutheful. We had the whole home (under sink) system fitted and noticed the benefits immediately. Tap water is now drinkable, coffee and tea taste like they should. Shower now makes us feel clean. In fact, everything promised by David and Richard has been accurate. We completely trust both Glacier Water Systems and the staff. If you have any concerns about your water quality, they are the ones to call!

Great company. Would highly recommend.
Everything completed within 3 weeks from first contacting David.
David kept me informed throughout texting me reminders of my appointments with John and Richard, which I really appreciated.
John called to the house to show me the selection of taps available it was great to see them in situ, we originally wanted the black tap but went with the stainless steel tap which best suited our style of kitchen.
The fitter Richard was very tidy, friendly, and patient with my dog, Charlie who had him tortured wanting his ball thrown.
Richard talked through how the system works and the aftercare that comes along with Quooker products. He is clearly proud of his work and has great confidence in the product he is installing.
I am very happy with my new Quooker tap. The water filter system was free which was a bonus.

We ordered the whole house water filter system (GW5) as with young children, and us working from our home office upstairs it’s handy to be able to use the water taps upstairs for fresh drinking water as well as downstairs. Also with the knowledge that 99.7% of chlorine, chemicals, heavy metals, herbicides, pesticides and other contaminates are being removed with this filter. David and Christina were extremely helpful in advising me on the different options for units. They have a wealth of knowledge on their products, able to show me demos of filters before and after installation, and the visible difference to water with and without the filter.
The engineer who came to fit the filter system was very friendly and professional, telling me about his experience and how beneficial it has been to his young family. We now like to fill up our reusable water bottles before going on family days out. It makes me feel better knowing that my girls are drinking filtered water.

Glacier Water Systems have supplied my replacement home water filters for the past ten years or more. I live in Scotland and David supplies accurate friendly helpful information by phone to aid my self-installation of these filters.
Recently my local plumber broke the fitting joining the filter to the little tap at my sink. David to the rescue! following my distress-call email, he mailed me a complete set of parts at no cost to me whatsoever, and my plumber was able to restore my filtered water supply.
David goes above and beyond and I cannot recommend him and his firm highly enough. Filters, their supply, and customer service second to none!

See this company at the Self Build Show in the Titanic Quarter and liked what solution they could give me for my home to give me beautiful water from my tap. Once I have them an order they came to my home and installed a purification system on my mains water system in a half hour.
John the installer was such a lovely person with great knowledge so he was able to answer all my wife’s questions and she was more than impressed when she tasted the tap water after the install.
Our water now has no chemical smell and tastes like the best of the bottle waters.
We are more than happy with Glacier Water Systems Ltd.

We bought our first water filter from david and the team in our first house and have had 2 further since. For our family what we eat and drink is very important to our health, and when we considered the chemicals in mains water before being filtered we knew the filter was definately worth getting. The water tastes so crystal clean we can tell anywhere the water is unfiltered. The team are extremely helpful and nothing is too much of a bother. Thanks again glacier water systems
