AC went on the fritz. Called Glacier Bay and spoke with Chris. He was able to get us in the same day. Showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to have us up and going quickly. Performed a complete check of all HVAC system. Prices were very reasonable. Would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I called on short notice to request service and they were at the house in under 30 minutes! The service was great, and the owner is very nice. We spoke on the phone a couple of times and sorted everything out very quickly. The repair was more expensive than I was expecting but as an unplanned outage, that is usually the case. They came and installed a new motor, and it was discoveredthat the new motor had an issue also, so they fixed the A/C to get it working, and came out not 2 days later with a brand new motor. Exceptionally timely service, and a quality fix!

Chris outdid himself again! Came back from a long trip to a dead AC. Called up Chris and he was here within a half hour! Went through and found the little piece that was failing. Even fixed a duct that was poorly put together while he was there. His knowledge of HVAC systems is unmatched, and his prices are extremely fair for the experience he brings. call him for your HVAC needs and don’t waste money and time on others.

Chris with Glacier Bay is literally a hero to me and my family. Our condenser unit stopped cooling in the middle of the hurricane last night. With a newborn baby in our house this became a problem very quickly. Not only did Chris make the time to come out the next day while still raining and gusting to help us, he was able to identify and rectify the problem within an hour arriving. He methodically checked every part of our system and educated me on everything he was doing while answering any questions I had. He is an absolute professional and I can’t speak more highly of him.
