Always delighted with the service and quality of product. Youre made to feel welcome and safe. Also had a pair of replacement glasses supplied and delivered to my home during lockdown. Absolute lifesavers. Many thanks.

I recently visited G. Reid opticians for an eye test. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The test was thorough with each aspect well explained. The team also took every precaution in regards to COVID-19, using full PPE including masks and visors. I was also given a temperature check on arrival.

Visited today for scheduled eye appointment - very good set up with staff all clearly well-versed on hygiene and social distancing rules, sanitising, PPE etc. Felt very safe, and was offered the usual excellent service for the actual eye exam, choosing glasses etc. Well done to everyone involved during such challenging times, and thank you.
