Brought my car here for suspension replacement and new wheels/tires. I spent a little over $4,000 in labor.
Originally, my bill was over $5,000 but even the tech himself said that I was double charged for a few items. The shop quickly removed $900 from my bill.
After the work was done the steering wheel was violently shaking over 40mph, and the steering wheel was off-center. Surprising, as they had just replaced many worn items with new items, and this issue did not exist prior to having them work on my car. How did they not notice the car was basically undrivable before giving it back to me?

I asked them to please straighten my steering wheel 3 times, each time it was still off center. They told me it's the best they could do.
I took it back approximately 6 times over the next 4 months, each time with the same result. I also figured out that the nuts holding the suspension to the strut tower were not tight, they were loose about an inch from the bottom. Yikes.
After working on it for about 3 months, Diamond G told me that my tires had high spots, and were the cause of the issues I was having. At their recommendation, I spent $900 on a new set of tires only to experience the same problem.
I took the car back and they now told me that my rear CV axles were going bad, and while this might not be the solution to the issue, I should look at having them replaced. I went to pick up the car while I waited on the CV axles I ordered to arrive. When I did, a piece of the plastic trim under the car was loose and caused a loud flapping noise while moving at any speed. I once again left the car with Diamond G to have this issue fixed.
I picked up the car a week later and took it to another mechanic. This mechanic rebalanced my tires, realigned the car (and straighted my steering wheel finally) and it has driven perfectly ever since. The CV Axles were in perfect shape and did not need to be replaced.

Diamond G refuses to refund me the $200 I spent with them on alignment and wheel balancing, or provide any sort of help, citing that they "spent a lot of time trying to fix it".

Never in my life have I worked with such a horrible shop. I spent days of my own time, over a hundred on gas, and many hours of frustration because of their laziness and incompetence.

I cannot recommend enough to please find another shop to work on your vehicle. All of these issues are well documented with picture and video evidence that I would be happy to share with anyone who looks me up on Facebook.

These guys went the extra mile to get my Subaru running again and in plenty of time for my trip. Brian took the time to explain everything to me, show me photos, make recommendations.
