Amazing service, a flat tyre almost ruined our Christmas plans but Scott made sure we could come in straight away and get it fixed in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced too.

Very bad experience here, definitelty not the "friendly garage".

I booked a service online and was quoted £200, great I booked it in and dropped off the car.

I then recieved a phone call saying that as this was a 4 year service more works would be needed it would be £400, I very much appreciated the phone call but told them to stop as it was cheaper at brand dealership so would like to book it in there. There was a bit of back and forth with the guy on the phone asking me to "prove it was cheaper" at the dealership, but they did stop work.

When I came to pick up the car, someone had the great idea to park it leave at the back to the building basically blocked in by tyres, rubbish, and parked vans. If this was someone with less capabable driving abilities they would have really struggled to reverse all the way out of that spot - And you can't use the excuse there were no parking spots available, there were plenty out the front and also loads of on street spaces.

Guaranteed to never return here after this experience, horrible.

Paid for a service and supplied full service kit, only to get car back and it had not been touched, bolts were all seized and it had not even been attempted, only noticed few months later when i got a low oil warning.
CASH RIGHT IN SOMEONES POCKET!!!!

Amazing service, I took my fiesta in as my handbrake went just along the road from them. I spoke to Jack and Scott, who were very nice and quite easy to talk to, and Jordan worked on my car and did a great job. Thank you all, it's most likely I'll be coming back for my M.O.T in a few months.

I forgot about this review. I did go back. I was overcharged, and one of the things they were supposed to fix was the brakes. They said to ease them in. Well, it turned out they were not fixed. I had to drive straight into another garage to get them fixed properly. I gave said garage my bill ftom d&g to look at what they had done. The staff went around everyone showing my bill. They did not say anything to me, but you could tell they were flabbergasted by how much it was. They fixed my brakes and must have felt sorry for me because they only charged £30 for the fix. It seems like my first visit was good, but I never went back after my second.

The quote for a 175/65 R14 was 58£ for the brand runway, which was quite expensive considering the nearby shop offered the same tyre for 45£.

Why disconnect the customers dash camera if you don’t have something to hide? Even more stupid is not to reconnect it, even more stupid is to disconnect it from the camera and damage the camera mount rather than the 12v cigarette socket.

Calling you sir does not make the conversation polite it makes it patronising.

I would very much doubt the service was completely to any standard.

Won’t be back. Will advise lease company of annoying service.

I went there for a full service and to resolve the brake issue. They were a very honest garage who did the work they could but in the service didn’t catch the back lights were partially faulty and the abs brake issue I actually had (the error comes and goes so not entirely their fault to miss). They did the service and brake pad / disc replacement which I would say it was moderately priced at a total £500 pounds for brakes, ball and joint work and full service. However, I was unfortunate that the issue I actually had could not be resolved by D&G (the abs brake one for which I visited). They did let me know that I needed to go to Honda dealership for my abs brake issue and I appreciate their honesty that they didn’t try to fix issues they didn’t have experience in and were up front (and I’m giving 3 stars for that). Overall I would say it was not a bad experience!
