Brought my daughter to Crumbl Cookies on a Saturday afternoon and there was a line up. We waited about 15 minutes outside and once inside it went pretty fast. Service was good and also pretty fast. Cookies were fresh and good but not enough to go back to line up and pay 30$ for a box of 6. Still glad I tried it.

Been a few times. Amazing cookies. Always a line up and sometimes pickup slots are full. Service is good. 4 stars because I once placed an order for a specific date and time but when I went to pickup, it said that my order was meant to be picked up the date that I ordered it (although I selected a time slot on a different date). I explained to the staff and eventually the manager agreed to make my order. Also, I’ve ordered a couple times and added a personalized note on the box, as it prompts you to when you order as an option but the note is never on the box!

REVIEW Food: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Recommended: Everything Kid-Friendliness: It's a kid-friendly and family-oriented environment Parking: Free parking Staff: Friendly staff Dining & Takeout: Takeout Dietary Restrictions: They can accommodate dietary needs upon request We visited this location for the first time and were pleased with the overall experience. The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We decided to purchase two 6-packs of cookies to sample the week’s flavors. The cookies were generously sized, delicious, and soft, each with its own unique texture and taste. Due to their large size, they are perfect for sharing. While they are undeniably tasty, they lean towards the sweeter side. Overall, we enjoyed every cookie we tried and would definitely return for another round.

I took my kids to Crumbl Cookies in Mississauga, and it was such a fun experience! They loved getting to pick their own cookies, and each one was absolutely delicious. The variety and quality are amazing. We’ve decided to make it a monthly family event because everyone enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend for a sweet treat and a fun outing with the family!

The cookies were very warm and tasty. Each cookies had different taste and they were all good. They were not too sweet so you can eat a lot?. You can order through a tablet in the store which was easy and fast. I would come back and try different tastes.
