Been here a couple times. Everything was good.
I ordered honey cinnamon macchiato and we had chocolate tart, the cup held the temperature very well. 🙂 if you look for a place to hangout with friends, this would be a nice place to meet up.
Overall, it is a ok to give it a try.

Pero exactamente lo opuesto con el servicio y la atención al cliente, desde el inicio parecía que los empleados estaban apurados y querían que ordenáramos y nos fuéramos rápido, no es extrañar que el local esté vacío todo el tiempo.

Si la Atencion a Clientes hubiera sido buena, los precios podrían ser razonables, pero la atención al cliente no es buena, incluso yo pedí una bebida y también quería un vaso de agua para nivelar lo dulce de los alimentos, y me dijeron que si quería agua tenía que comprar una botella, que ellos no ofrecen vasos de agua gratis

Si mejoran la atención a clientes, la experiencia de los comensales será mucho mejor

Not really impressed. Paid $8.40 for a sundae which was just icecream with chocolate drizzle, marshmallows and some graham crumbs. The menus are frayed and falling apart. The atmosphere is nice.

Bought both the regular and the matcha tiramisu from there, shared it with my family. Regular tiramisu was decent, the matcha one had a little bit of a strong taste. I would buy here again and hopefully get to try some more menu items if possible.

Food (3/5): I ordered the Matcha Tiramisu. The portion was quite small, but still cost $9. For this I expect pretty good quality. The taste was great, but it was not fresh. The edges of the Tiramisu were dried out and slightly gummy as if it had been sitting out on a counter for a few hours despite being behind a glass display. If I had received a fresher portion, this would be 4 stars instead of 3.

Service (4/5): Wonderful! Very friendly staff. They make you feel special when you walk in and I like that. Some quiet music to lift the atmosphere would be nice to consider.

Atmosphere (3/5):
It's very cute and cozy inside with big windows on one side, There's good seating for the space too. Since it's a smaller place and below street level it's a little claustrophobic for me, especially with the low ceilings. The lighting near the rear was pretty dim, and it was a little cluttered too. A brighter interior and less clutter would be nice to boost the mood.

Went here at night time about 2 hrs before closing and they’re still packed with people having a great time with their desserts. Quite loud inside this small dine in place with people talking and having fun but that’s acceptable as it’s really enjoying to chat while having sweets. Staff are nice and friendly. Wonderful experience overall.

One thing I love about this place is consistency. Their red velvet cake is consistently yummy. I've tried a few places where the cake is dense and dry, but this is the opposite. It's light, moist, and yummy. Try the red velvet with any vanilla bean ice cream?

I also like that you get more cake in a slice; it's not just full of icing. IYKYK.

Good experience.
Cute space.
If you can find parking or live in the village this is a cute spot to go. Enjoyed the panna cotta (blueberry sauce is better than strawberry here), the chocotart that chocolate loving friend adores, and the matcha tiramisu.
Prices range from very reasonable to I'm not sure why this is kind of expensive?
I'd like to go back to try more.
The service is friendly for the most part, but there were communication issues due to language barrier.
