Extrêmement déçue de cette boulangerie, j’ai remarqué que beaucoup de personnes ont eu le même soucis (le cas des tickets restaurants) comme quoi il ne prenais pas cette carte une fois le paiement effectué, me font payer une deuxième fois avec une carte bleue mais prélever du coup deux fois (une fois en carte restaurant + une fois en carte bleue) ce qui est inacceptable ! Personne froide et désagréable ! Je ne recommande PAS DU TOUT cet établissement !

Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience dans cette boulangerie. Après avoir passé ma commande, j’ai payé avec une carte Ticket Restaurant, mais on m’a sèchement annoncé qu’ils n’acceptaient pas cette carte APRÈS le paiement débité.
Au lieu de proposer une solution commerciale, on m’a fait payer un supplément de 5€ pour récupérer ma commande alors que j’avais payé plus
de 8€, ce qui est totalement inacceptable.

La dame s’est montré particulièrement désagréable, me rejetant la faute au lieu d’adopter une attitude compréhensive et professionnelle. Un vrai manque de sens du commerce et de respect du client. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet établissement et je déconseille fortement.

De plus la qualité est à revoir.

Nous avons passé une commande d’un number cake 3 chocolats et d’un Paris-Brest pour 12 personnes chacun. En plus d’être très beaux, ils étaient succulents!
Je vous recommande cette boulangerie les yeux fermés!
