As a pastry chef and chocolate lover and a raving fan of bean to bar chocolates, you can imagine I have tried and sampled so many chocolates in my baking career. I discovered Bar au Chocolat and fell madly in love with their maple sugar chocolate chips. I had the greatest pleasure and honor to meet and visit Nicole at Bar au Chocolate and was beyond impressed with the huge standards of quality ingredients she sources and her chocolate process is unlike anything I have seen. Bar au Chocolat is by far one of my very favorite products! LA is so lucky to have you!

I placed an online order, my first. Bar au Chocolat is a woman owned bean to bar chocolate maker. Great customer service and beautiful packaging made me swoon! I didn't order the egg, it was an extra gift with a faux rabbit's foot tied to it. A handwritten note. Descriptions/stories packaged with each bar. Saving the egg for Easter. Exceptionally good dark chocolate. I highly recommend. Thank you, Nicole and your team.

Nicole's chocolate is amazing and her dried persimmons are to die for. She was so incredibly kind to me and my girlfriend when we knocked on the door. I highly recommend ordering delicious chocolate from her.

If you love chocolate, this is the place for you!!! The hot chocolate is best ever and the bars are delicious. They are to be savored. You will never go back to Snickers or Hershey’s after trying this chocolate made from bean to bar with love!! Keep the chocolatey creations coming!!!
