I like and believe B&G auto repair delivers a great job, got my front and back breaks and disc working good after the repair. I like the guy and he knows the job well. B&G auto repair is quick to respond to your needs and the availability is good.This guy can get your work done in a day or 2 days depending on your car issues and it is cost effective. I got some discount after we bargained with him. I will recommend B&G auto repair shop to anyone that needs some auto repairs because he gets the job done right and his price is moderate.

I’ve had major bodywork done on multiple cars, along with some mechanical work that was needed at the same time. All I can say is that they do Incredible work, have great prices and an extremely friendly staff/ownership. They are my “go to” for bodywork.

It’s an hour from my house but well worth the extra travel time. Easy estimate process, fast turnaround time, honest pricing, and they keep you updated every step of the way.

I obviously hope to not need work done anytime soon, but if I do…I already know where I’m going. They always have me back on the road in no time.

My experience with B&G auto repair was the WORST that I’ve ever experienced! I was new to the area and not familiar with any of the mechanics or auto repairs in the area. Found B&G which was not far from my home and was a black owned business so I thought I would support this business. My car was towed to the shop and “repaired”. The damage I incurred was all on the passenger side of my vehicle. When I picked up my car, the passenger doors would not close fully and the front bumper was not put on correctly. I took the car back and I was told I need to pay more because of a previous accident my bumper need to be pulled out and this would cost more. I was in disbelief that you would return a car to me when they knew the doors were not put on correctly. Not even a year later my bumper needed to be taped and paint is peeling. I would never refer this business to anyone.

I give a 2 star rating only because they started off good with fixing my vehicle, but somewhere in between B&G Auto went totally downhill cause when I went back in for my next repair. They didn’t even fix the real reason that was originally wrong with my vehicle of why I brought it in and I had writing on my vehicle, as if my vehicle was impounded why it was on there lot and they still collected money from me as if they repaired the problem. So no I will never deal with this company in the future I have found a better place to take my vehicle and does amazing work!!!!!!

So since they want to keep emailing me about a review here.
When I arrived great first impression great price, when my car was getting worked on, they thought it would be okay to continue working on something that was not included in the final price so I had to pay an extra $300 on top of the 1k I was spending. My thing is if we agreed on fixing certain shit, IDC What happens at least call first don’t just wait till I call to tell me I need to have this extra money or else I won’t get my car.. just unprofessional. If I still lived in Chicago I wouldn’t go back. 0/10 would not recommended. They just want a check.

B&G team is great and always get the job done! You can bring your car in for any issue and they will take good care of you. They are the Supermen of auto repairs! I’ve been coming to this shop for years and sent several referrals!
