We had our new spa delivered and set up yesterday morning by Arctic Spas Duncan Crew. What a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Thank you Sabrina Boyle for your assistance on helping us choose our spa. It was truly a great experience choosing our spa in your showroom. We appreciate your knowledge and friendly nature and you made us feel comfortable with our purchase.

Eric Aasen was our tech and was amazing. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He ensured our spa was placed correctly by Chris our Crane operator who was also amazing. Great team. Thank you Eric for all the info on our spa. Although it was a lot of information, you took the time to explain to a 'salt system newbie' and answered all my questions. This was as smooth as it gets and I would highly recommend Arctic Spas and these 2 crew members, Eric and Chris.

Stopped at the Parksville location on a Saturday of a long weekend when the store was actually closed. Sabrina happened to be in doing some work and was on her way out but took the time to get the items we needed, including a new cover lifter and showing us different filter options. Outstanding customer service and we look forward to our next visit.

Just had my arctic spa fixed by Eric. He did an excellent job and took his time to explain what was wrong with the tub. Have owned the tub for 5 years and it is the first issue we have had. Excellent customer service from the time I called last week until my tub is back up and running. Thank you Eric.

Eric came out to solve a non-working pump problem and I was fully expecting a big bill to replace it. He quickly diagnosed a capacitor had failed and replaced that instead. No fuss, no mess and gone in 60 seconds! Fastest tech in the west!

Excellent tub if you want top quality with minimal maintenance demands and don’t want to soak in a pool of chemicals. They were able to make a plug and play model for us (110 amp service) and it has worked well. Service staff have been helpful, reliable and responsive.

I recently called Arctic Spas in Parksville from the U.S. with questions about the Saltwater Generator system, as I was having a hard time getting clear answers from my local dealer. Sabrina was absolutely wonderful—despite having no financial incentive to assist me, she went out of her way to provide detailed support and guidance on what steps to take next. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out.

I highly recommend Arctic Spas for any of your hot tub needs. I only wish this location were closer to home!

Huge thanks to Sabrina from arctic spas in Parksville for connecting me with Devon from aquafun pool & spa who provided help and guidance that enabled me to complete repairs on my own to the heater and eco pack on my cub prestige spa. Arctic spas have always provided excellent service and is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned and I have owned many different tubs over the past 40 years. The arctic salt water spas with spa boy kit is the only hot tub I would recommend!
