Great customer service! I received a call about the eyelashes that I had been looking for for months! She surprised me and ordered them for me! No other stores in Macon had the eyelashes. She was so patient and generous with all of her customers. I walked into the store and she was helping a customer apply her skincare cream. She’s an expert in everything! She also gave out generous gifts to a few of her customers for the holidays. Shop with her! You will not be disappointed! If you are looking for excellent, fast-pace, detail oriented, friendly, expertise customer service, SHOP HERE! I’d give her 10 stars if I could! What an amazing person!

I love this lady so much!!Her spirit is everything! I love how she orders things we come in looking for and she actually calls to let you know she has it for you along with holding the items you requested. It was a syrup I was looking for that NO one had and she literally had it within the next week for me. Customer for life!

I’ve Been Going To Norah Beauty Supply Store Since I Was A Teenager She Is The Sweetest Lady Ever. She The Only Beauty Suppy Store Stay Open To 9pm. Do not go here. I would give zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option.

None of the items are marked with prices and even if they are, it doesn't show up on the receipt. The sales person was sneaky and took my card while she assisted with other customers. In the mean time, she ended up charging my card for $108 when she claimed that the total was $46. I don't recommend this place at all. The store is messy and everything is disorganized. If anything, it should be closed down.

There are better beauty outlets. Go to them instead of this place.
