Juan was amazing ? He explained everything and showed us the results of the gross water we have here in Florida. After they installed it he tasted the water again and even drank it! If anyone is looking for a water softener this is the man to call! Very knowledgeable and most of all friendly.No REGRETS HERE?

Ever since my wife and I moved to Summerfield the water was very hard. We called Glacier Water to come over and check the water situation out. Ever since then last December everything has been amazing since we put a whole home system in our house. The water is perfect!! No hard rings around our toilets, softer skin, etc!!! We highly suggest!!! Very family oriented company!! I love it and feel like part of the family now!!

Wasn't like the companies that came in. The guy was super crisp to the point and the installation was done 4 hrs after we were done meeting. It's a family-owned business and Gabby was a pleasure to work with. They called me back on time and answered all my questions. There were also the cheapest out of them all. The water feels amazing in our house today. I would 100% recommend it. They did a great warranty plan and they will even check it out every 4 to 6 months.

I bought one of their systems when i moved into my new house and it works great. Unfortunately they said i would get a soap package with purchase of the system but the person never gave me the information to login to order the soap. Whenever i contact him he takes days to weeks to respond and never does what he says.

After getting quotes from multiple places we called Glacier/LCRG and I wish we would’ve called them first! We had so many companies just try to scam us by “calling their manager” to see what the best deal for us was. Glacier was up front, no BS, and gave us a great deal. They were even able to come out next day and install! The tech, Israel, was great and I highly recommend Glacier to everyone. Don’t even mess with the other companies!

I would highly recommend this company. Izryal has been absolutely tremendous in helping me with both of my properties in central Florida. One property had discolored water, and after a chlorination system was installed, it became instantly better. Izryal still comes by personally each month for service to the system. The other property received a water conditioning system that drastically softened my water. It has been a wonderful enhancement to the house. They have been a fantastic company to work with and I will absolutely be utilizing their services again on my next house.
