Just because you couldn’t find my grandmother who lives there associated with my name does not mean she is not there. This is just a fine example of the lack of accountability this company holds.

The change of ownership doesn’t help either.

This place is horrible. Do not bring your family here. The neglect and lack of help is so sad.
Medicine always given wrong or not properly. They are understaffed and do not have enough people to help the residents. They don't even have a full size fridge.. it's a mini fridge ON THE GROUND. Residents have to bend over to look into the fridge. They don't have enough staff to help dress or assist residents. Don't waste your money here.

Thank you for your advice but no one at Sabal palms is capable of conducting an investigation into anything!.... the concerns were substantiated with PICTURES and VIDEOS which are all quite disturbing. And as always denial and sweeping under the rug was and still is the practice at Sabal Palms. Unfortunately lives are at stake and families need to be warned to STAY AWAY!!

RUN!!!! This place is despicable! Northstar Senior Living’s “Sabal Palms” in Palm Coast Florida is a horrible facility they care about nothing but making money!!! The residents, especially in memory care are treated with little to no respect or proper care. They aren’t changed or cleaned properly. Medicines getting mixed up or not given at all. You ask questions and you are lied to constantly. Management is pathetic. Workers are untrained. The corporate office is worse! It is so sad to see the elderly mistreated. Some of the people that work there should be ashamed of themselves I don’t know how they go to sleep at night. Horrible things happen there and are swept under the rug. There were only a very small handful of caring/capable people working there. My mother was neglected. I have nothing but sorrowful memories of my mothers last year and a half of life thanks to Sabal Palms. My mom died there. I pray for all of the people still there, and their families. May God watch over them.

Totally agree.This place is horrible.I know someone who works there and the things they say is unbelievable.
There cutting hours but can throw lavish parties for themselves And employees are allowed to drink during these parties... I feel so bad for the residence

We had a good experience at Sabal Palms. The team from Sandy to the nurses and other care givers were very accessible, honest and professional. They did their best to support our mom and with her transition from home.

Sabal Palm is an amazing home for our precious loved ones. Unfortunately due to my mothers advanced condition they could not her right away. But Amanda, director of placement, went far and beyond to find another place for my mom. If she does well, then she could move to Sabal Palm. Amanda is such a breath of fresh air amidst very difficult times. She is a rare professional in this time we live in. You won’t find better. Trust this review. I have been educated on nursing and rehab centers over the past five years and there is a huge difference in quality. Do your research and read reviews. Thank you

I couldn't have chosen a better place for my Dad. I never have to worry about him there. He moved in 2.5 years ago. The management and staff have not disappointed. The director Brett is absolutely awesome and professional. I'm elated! They are all genuinely kindhearted and attentive to the residents. The food is always good and the facility is immaculate. The housekeeping and maintenance department are spot on.. Thank you Sabal Palms for doing a great job and keeping a safe and healthy environment for all their residents.

Sabal Palms is a special place for many special people. Everyone I met this morning, residents and staff had a smile and a nice welcoming greeting. I met with Sandra Young, Community Relations Director for Sabal Palms. Our meeting started with a sit down, order from the menu breakfast. I felt like I was having breakfast in a 5-Star hotel. Sandra gave me a tour of the community, I was more than impressed with the pure beauty, the cleanliness and the smiles as we moved through the community. I saw residents sitting outside visiting with one another, (actually a cool morning for Florida), having breakfast in the stylish restaurant, enjoying activities and in the gym. Everyone doing their thing and happy to be at Sabal Palms. Just an all around awesome warm feeling
