My husband took my 78 year old mother to see Dr. Morgan because we needed a great glaucoma specialist. We certainly got what we were seeking and more! He was professional, kind, patient with her, of course brilliant in his field, and took his time. They never felt rushed. The office ran very smoothly and stayed on time. Dr. Morgan and his staff exceeded our expectations.

Dr. Morgan was recommended to me by my wife. She gave him my phone number. His staff reached out to set up a cataract evaluation. The appointment went well. The clinic staff was competent and communicated with me at each step of the exam. After the testing and scanning, Dr. Morgan reviewed my options with me. Dr. Morgan performed the first surgery about 3 weeks later The surgical team was caring and efficient. The surgery was performed flawlessly. Dr. Morgan called to check on me the evening of the surgery. I am impressed and comforted knowing my eye health is in his hands.

Only complaint was wait time between test and seeing Dr. Morgan. Staff very professional and helpful. Dr. Morgan explained test results clearly as he did for the reasons he recommended surgery. Outlined the surgery clearly with indications, procedure, expected outcome and possible complications. He too is very professional. Good visit overall! I am a retired physician and understand the long waits that sometimes occur. To me, it is taken as an indication that the providers are taking however much time is required to take care of each patients needs!

Very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Michael Morgan. He has performed multiple surgeries and continues to treat me for severe glaucoma. His nurses are very knowledgeable and always ready to answer any additional questions I may have.

Dr Michael Morgan is an excellent doctor and truly cares about his patients. I believe Ochsner has him under too much pressure by scheduling appointments far too close. He did not get to spend the time he would usually would. The wait time is usually around an hour but this time was in access of one hour and thirty minutes. This is unacceptable. Patients have things to do and do not need to be waiting that long. It is truly because of Dr Morgan that we even go to Ochsner. They still demand mask, even though science says they don’t work, especially the ones they hand out. When I looked around in a waiting room with a lot of elderly patients waiting mask, I thought this is like a third world country and Ochsner is one of the few medical facilities still mandating mask. How unprofessional and truly sad.

I love both Dr. Morgan and Dr. Creed at Ochsner. They are both wonderful doctors and are always pleasant and knowledgeable. They have both helped tremendously with taking care of my eyes, and I'm grateful to have doctors like this. They are also very courteous. I have never had any issues with the doctors or the staff. The staff is also very kind and courteous. Highly recommend!

Wonderful doctor and the atmosphere in the entire office was one of caring and loving their jobs. You don’t see that everywhere. My mother saw Dr Morgan for years before having to see another dr for shots in her eye. Because she spoke so highly of him naturally I went to see him for an eye exam and other problems I was having. I just had cataract surgery. This is definitely the Dr to see.
