Very good experience yesterday at my new dentist’s office. The staff is so friendly and efficient. Also the technician and hygienist were very helpful in explaining what they were doing each step of the way. Dr Willey was the same explaining and answering all my questions. It’s a relief to find such a professional dentist office. So glad my daughter recommended them!

The facility itself is impressive—very clean and well-maintained. The hygienist and assistant were both friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable during my visit.

However, I encountered some issues regarding communication.Unfortunately, no one reached out to obtain my previous x-rays, taken less than a year ago. I had signed the release to do so over a week before my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I reiterated my concerns to the dentist about getting another round. Despite my insistence that I take excellent care of my teeth and my discomfort with the x-rays, I felt pressured to have them taken anyway. Ultimately, the x-rays confirmed what I had already communicated to him.

I believe it’s crucial for healthcare providers to listen to their patients and recognize that discomfort can be deeper than it appears. I would have preferred a more collaborative approach over receiving a free tote bag.

While the location is convenient, my husband and I will be seeking a different dentist moving forward. Thank you for the nice facility and staff, but I hope future improvements can be made in patient communication.

A really great dental office. Lisa up front helped me out by getting me in same-day and Jen made the entire check-in process so easy. Sheila, my dental assistant, made the new-patient set of X-rays as easy and painless as she could and did so with a great sense of humor and her and Dr. Murri were an excellent team. Of course, I can't forget to thank my brilliant hygienist though I did absolutely forget her name. She made the cleaning fast, easy, and set me up well to continue looking after my teeth! There's a great team here, and I will absolutely be back.

Thoroughly impressed with the service and professionalism I experienced at Glacier Creek Dental. They did a replacement of a crown all within 3 hours. No 2x time visits and the problems associated of arranging separate appointments. The crown was made onsite. I am loving the crown and look forward to further visits.

They offer a full slate of comprehensive services. I felt very comfortable here and am glad that I chose Glacier Creek for my dental needs.

I was a new patient today at Glacier Dental and it was one of the best experiences that I have ever had at a Dental Office. I was welcomed warmly. I had a short wait, I had xrays and the dentist reviewed with the xrays with me and checked my teeth, then I had my teeth cleaned. I felt comfortable and the cleaning was perfect! I will return and highly recommend!

Doctors, hygienists, and front desk were all amazing. Had three kids with me, one of which was a toddler not having a great day, everyone worked with us to get us in and out quickly but still took the time to answer questions. We will be going back.
