This Sheetz is super disgusting. Always dirty, the floors are sticky, the employees don't want to work. It's literally a store full of employees and they can't keep the coffee creamers stocked, forget trying to get the creamer from the dispenser it's always empty. I simply asked the employee if he can fill it up he replies I'm sorry. So what are you here for to look around. I will never return this location. Then he had the nerve to laugh with a customer. Dude do your job.

Probably the worst experience at sheetz I've ever had.

First I had to get the lady behind the counters attention because the screen had said for 10 minutes now my order was ready and she had already called out two orders that were placed AFTER mine.
Just for my food to have been sitting behind the counter the entire time, just never placed on top to pick up.

Get all the way back to my job site JUST FOR MY ENTIRE ORDER TO BE WRONG!!

Sad part is I'm a fan of sheetz, but this one can go

Never I had a bad experience at a Sheetz until I had came to this store had to charge my phone ? immediately & the night manager & associate worker rudely told me "we don't have it" & I had go outside in the cold & charge it Other Sheetz stores have charges inside a dining room for safety reasons & the managers & store associates are cool about it This store doesn't & needs a change

Listen I love sheetz man ya know it’s quick and awesome but this time was a little lacking and I don’t totally blame the girl who made my food as she was literally the only one working on food as the orders were pouring in quick I was in there 20 minutes I’m a patient man I wasn’t upset about the time but I got a app sampler as I have ordered before and it just wasn’t great. I ordered Mac and cheese bites tots and boneless bites I ordered sour cream and ranch dips. I got one Mac bite ten tots and 2 boneless bites and my sour cream was completely liquid. Food was still hot by the time I got home but this items never like that so idk what happened but I hope it gets better next time. I’m in there all the time I wasn’t able to get ahold of the store as they had one person on the register and one making food and that’s all they had.

I stopped by this store at 1130 pm on 11/05/2024, and the vulgar language coming from two young female black associates was some of worst I have ever encountered in any place of business or in any public setting.

I go to this sheetz regularly and most of the time they do a decent job but this time around was horrible. The hot dog buns were old, the hot dogs were cooked way to much, the toppings i ordered on the hot dogs were all over the place (ketchup all over the bun, cheese stuck to the wrapper). Ordered $6 worth of fries and barely got half a handful. Please care somewhat about your job. You want other people to care about theirs when you are on the recieving end.

Patrick was on point. There was a massive line to check out and he delegated self service respectfully and sincerely while still checking out on the main till. He stayed attentive to everyone. Made my stop from work seamless. 3/14/24 4:46pm

What the sheetz is this? I thought I was getting cheap gas today... NOT. Signs are all sorts of wrong. Lowest price is off by 15 cents... Also, they sell grade 87 and 89 not 87 and 88... Lastly, their 87 grade gas is supposed to be the best priced one and is in the wrong spot on the street sign.. Marketing disaster if you ask me.... LOL
