Ms. G’s deserves more than 5 stars! The owner is so sweet and easy to talk to. He stayed late so he would be here when we arrived. Then, he helped us back into our spot. Our trailer is a little under 39’. We fit with plenty of room to spare between us and the next trailer. All of our slide outs had plenty of space. The roads are large and wide, so you have plenty of space to back in if you get a back in spot. We had full hookups. Our trailer was not far from a road, but the noise didn’t wake us when we were sleeping or anything. Definitely stay here if you’re in the area. We were happy to support such a sweet family, and we hope you can as well. You won’t regret it! They are family and pet friendly, too.

When I called to make reservations 3 months ago, I thought I'd gotten the wrong number. The outgoing message for the RV park is less than professional. It's the same message when I had to call to see how to check-in. There's no building, no receptionist, no signs telling you what to do when you get there. Finally, a resident came out to tell us the owner would be there at some point. "Brad" came screeching around the corner within a minute in his truck. This place is nothing fancy. There's a lot of run down trailers, cars, toys, buildings, swingsets, etc. The place is a junkyard with an RV park facade. There are no shower houses, no laundry facilities, no dog park, and no owner onsite. Feral cats and loose dogs everywhere. We could not "pull-through" for an easy out because the branches were so overgrown it would've scratched our fifth wheel terribly. We had to back out and do a 3 point turn to get out of the park. Now, for the good: the full hook-ups worked great. We managed to get level and had a decent night's sleep, even though there's a ton of highway noise and a very loud train. I doubt we'll ever be back.

Some may think that 4 stars is generous for this site. Okay, this place is not going to win any beauty contests. If you're looking for luxury and pristine sites, this is not for you. There are a couple of buildings that really need to be torn down and a lot of work needs to happen with the basic area. YET I really enjoyed my stay. The price is good. The area is far enough from the freeway to be quiet (there is an occasional train, but no whistle). Utilities work fine. Wifi is surprisingly sufficient. Best of all was Brad, who not only welcomed me warmly but also helped in getting me situated and hooked up. If he makes a few more improvements, this could be a top site.

I would not stay here again. The roads in and out are very unlevel, and there is trash everywhere! The owner is very nice, but the place needs major cleaning up.

We stay overnight. Manager lives on site and answers his phone at all times unlike other RV parks, so we reserved and checked-in late night. Place is small, not crowded, decent, stars very beautiful as the surrounding is dark. He also helped is to trouble shoot an RV problem. Very kind and helpful. There are also small decorations around which brings personality to the place

If you are working in the area or just need a place to stay overnight look no further!! We were here for 5 1/2 months and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Brad is a spectacular person and an extremely hard worker. He would do anything in the world to help his customers. If you or your family need help with something he’s always there for you. Water, electric, trash and WiFi all included for one price! If I could give 10 STARS I would.

Great spot, super friendly owner. Train tracks nearby but, no issues with noise. The 100 yr old mesquite trees are worth a visit. Level sites, easy hook ups. Owner is a hard working farmer and I would recommend this place to anyone. There are a few neighboring dogs but, none were unfriendly.
It is a very rural setting in the middle of farm country, beautiful spot. Kudos to the owner for bringing this place back to life as an RV Park.

Great place to stay! Brad is AWESOME! We stayed 2 weeks. A quite place off the highway and far enough away for no noise and close enough to get on it again! If you need anything he is there for you. Other campers are nice also, NICE place! Plus he is adding on to it!! For around that area I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.. and pet friendly🤗🐕 Colorado city is not far with a nice store and there is a little store in Loraine if you need small items😊
