Traffic when they close the tunnel is unbearable. They need to adjust their closures to avoid the congestion to off peak hours instead of the peak times they did close off when 8 ships were offloading and reloading.

The laziest bag workers I have ever seen! There was about 20 ppl on their phones standing around putting on lipstick, talking playing around jumping on bag claim carousels! I own a business and it was the saddest thing I have ever seen!!!! They all would have been fired!!!!

Boarding Majic was a slow process at this terminal. No need to follow check in times at this port, very disappointing. Why have a boarding time assigned when you are letting people with an hour and a half later check in time go in 1st. Otherwise it's a nice terminal inside once you get in.

Luogo attrezzato e ben organizzato ma i mezzi pubblici sono rarissimi anche se vi e' un trolley gratuito ( ha l'aspetto di un tram riconoscibile facilmente lo trovi uscita MSC ) che vi porta in citta' a Miami alla stazione dei bus pubblici. Tutto il resto e' in mano ai tassisti che la fanno da padrone 30 $ per pochi km

It was very convenient to park next to cruise terminal, however or car was filthy when we got off the cruise. It was covered in fine dust and some of it even got inside somehow. It was like the street sweeper parked next to our car and made sure to blow all the fast towards it. Maybe it’s because we drive Tesla ? None of the other cars looked like that. I could’ve looked at Centry mode recording but chose not to because I wasn’t going to do anything about it and the first rain would wash it off.
