Walked out of a nice fancy eye wear shop after waiting for my turn for 45 minutes after discovering this place nearby on google with awesome reviews. Leaving town in a few days and broke the frame this morning. Walked into G&G with a broken frame and was told it could not be repaired but Eric fitted the glasses in a cheap frame and I walked out in 5 mins. Great customer service.

I have to say, this is a diamond in the rough. I literally scoured places near me to fix my eyeglasses and happen to stumble upon this place, and after trying a few places, they were about to fix my glasses. The repair exceeded my expectations and G & G Optical will be my first stop here on out. Eric was awesome.

I sat on my brand new gucci glasses and went to a spot and they said they were completely broken and I thought I would just have to get a new pair. Luckily i found G & G optical and went, sure enough they were fixed!! Didn’t take long at all either. I’m so glad I have a spot I know I can depend on, Thanks Eric!!!

Extremely knowledgeable. Took my glasses that had the bottom part of frame around the lenses broken, suggested I buy a new exact frame since the old one was thin plastic. I bought the exact frame and accidentally had purchased a size larger to which he made work by adding a temporary filler. Free of charge. He also suggested this as a temporary fix and said if I bring in my prescription he can make the lenses since his specialty is making lenses. Has a large selection of new frames from different vendors to choose from. If you bring him your prescription he can make your new glasses. It’s substantially more cost effective. Excellent service

He fixed my glasses today. Drove up to him showed him my broken glasses. My glasses had one side of the frame broken and one of the nose pieces came off. He replaced the side of a broken frame and also replaced the missing nose piece. He repaired it very quickly. He is very nice and helpful and I definitely recommend him and his business.

Quick, knowledgeable, and cheap! There is a reason this store has such excellent ratings. I walked in without an appointment and was quickly helped by the person working inside. I had a lot of scuffs and scratches all over my sunglasses frames that could be felt by my nail easily that I thought would be impossible to get out and he very quickly was able to fix them within 2 minutes. I had called lots of places near me first, such as lens crafters, pearle vision, and smaller family owned places who immediately said they could not get out any scratches. The worker then had explained what he did to get the scratches out and even knew the process of frame polishing and kindly explained it to me. Will be recommending to friends and family and going back, thank you!

Eric not only saved me once but twice. When my husband accidentally sat on my favorite designer frames I thought they were goners. I was THRILLED when Eric told me that he would be able to repair them. Quick, reasonable and professional. A second trip in today after my little guy grabbed them and gave them a good twist.
