GG’s Chicken Shop is my go-to spot for an amazing fried chicken sandwich! The sandwich is always perfectly made, and I love pairing it with their delicious waffle fries and unique drink selections. I’m always excited to try a new drink to complement the never-disappointing chicken sandwich meal.

Stopped by for an early dinner around 4pm on a Wednesday. Greeted upon entering & friendly, smiling staff throughout entire experience. Sandwich was juicy & crispy, no complaints. Very picturesque spot, clean restaurant, & variety on seating (2 high tables, 3 booths, & 1 low table). Clean bathrooms shared with Little Goat Diner in the back of restaurant. Would come again to try something else on their menu!

Staff is friendly and food isn't bad. But $50 for a chicken and 3 sides is kind of ridiculous for a fast casual place. It's not 10x better than a costco chicken. But it is nice how they'll replace any chicken in a sandwich with cauliflower for the vegetarians.

Came here for the first time & the place had plenty of seating. Very clean, and not a strong or greasy smell. The person who took our order was very nice.

I don’t eat meat so I chose the cauliflower substitute “chicken smash burger”. I asked for no dijonnaise because I hate mayo. Unfortunately, it had the dijonnaise, so I didn’t enjoy as much as I probably could have. It was good, and nice that vegetarian options are available. We tried the Mac n cheese (okay), the fries (strong rosemary or spice taste), and the Brussels sprouts (these were good). My boyfriend had the crispy ranch chicken, and he loved it.

We mostly went there for him, and he was pleased so it deserves a 5 star, and I think we will

We really enjoy this place. The Crispy Chicken sandwich is the star of the show here. The sandwich is so moist and tender yet very exciting CRUNCH!
Pair that with the Smashed Potatoes with chicken drippings, yes please! SO GOOD.
Ultimate comfort meal.

I’ve also tried the Mac and cheese that was pretty good, and great quality, just needed a little salt, but maybe it was me. Lol

Elote didn’t make much sense to me, it seemed like I had to stir it a lot to get it to an edible texture.

excited to check out the new chicken joint by our place. stopped in a few minutes before it opened and waited in a short line.

was able to snag a little booth in the limited indoor seating (this quickly became unfeasible after a few more minutes).

the space is super cute, however and the design feels like a fun diner-ish throwback.

the chicken burger was okay, nothing mind-blowing and felt a little deflated as far size and ingredients. will opt for the crispy chicken sandwich next time.

the brussel sprouts were fantastic and cooked perfectly for my tastes. and the elotes were pretty good.

my bf got a quarter chicken (dark meat) and it looked a little sad. the bread that came with it did not add much at all.

overall fun spot, will try a few more main dishes before making up my mind on the food.

Ordered the Chicken Smash sandwich. The first few bites were great but after that it tasted like I was eating a salt sandwich! I don’t know if it was accidentally over salted in the kitchen or what happened. I couldn’t finish it! My girlfriend ordered the Classic chicken sandwich and it was soooo much better!

The sides are definitely the shining stars! The fried chicken doesn’t hit the spot - tender nor in the sandwich…. The rotisserie sandwich is better than the fried! I would recommend sitting outside. Though the interior is pretty and new , it is so crowded and loud (filled with kids both times) i don’t find it to be very welcoming. The price point seems a a dollar or two, too high.
