The overall consensus from reading the reviews of this place is correct. When you deal with Mike he is knowledgeable and helpful, but the customer service dealing with any issues is appalling. I have been trying to replace a part on some swimming goggles from here, and it took 2 months of trying for them to set up a way for me to pay for the part, now a week on from actually paying, I haven't recovered the product (or any indication it has even been posted). No reply to email or answer on the phone after a week either. Reading the other reviews of people's experiences when problems have occurred do not fill me with any confidence that I will ever receive what I paid for, and certainly not by November, which is when I need it. As a disclaimer, I have genuinely been impressed with the company in the past and have recommended them to multiple people. However, a true test of a company is how they deal with problems, and this company does not do so well, and as such I would advise you to go elsewhere - even if it means paying a little more.

Absolute top company with top customer service.
I ordered two pairs of wrap around sports glasses with an FL-41 tint to prevent vestibular migraines.
The customer service from Mike Dixon at UK Sports Eye Wear has been out flipping standing.
Mike knows his products and his profession, this clearly comes across while chatting on the phone to him.
His customer service skills are exemplary, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending UK Sports Eye Wear.
For anyone suffering with migraines from indoor lighting like myself, I have only had these prescription glasses with the FL-41 tint for a week now, so a little early to say for definite, but up to now, they do seem to be working touch wood.

Great service from this company. We needed some football glasses for our son & none of the high street opticians could help. Mike was always available on the phone or via email to answer any questions & mailed out a pair we chose quickly & at a reasonable price. They arrived & needed alterations. This was done quickly & free of charge at the store. Brilliant service from an obviously very professional & knowledgeable team. Highly recommended.

First Class service. Spoke with Mike who had excellent product knowledge and fully understood my current ongoing eye issues. He showed me a couple of pairs of glasses that he thought would suit my sports/cycling needs. No pressure sales. I was left to decide which pair I was comfortable with. He answered all my questions in a clear and straight forward manner. It took only just over a week for my glasses / prescription insert to be ready for collection. Great service again when I collected my glasses. I have been out on my bike since and they are perfect. Thanks Mike for all your help. I would highly recommend Mike and UK Sports Eyewear.

An excellent and friendly service offered by Mike and colleagues. I wanted a pair of moisture chamber glasses (for dry eyes) and a pair of varifocal prescription lenses. I needed to ask a few questions and Mike was always helpful, patient and friendly. I couldn't fault them on anything. Highly recommended.
