What an amazing ice cream spot! The staff there are incredibly friendly and even offer samples of their delicious ice cream. I love that they allow you to experience the true flavors before making a decision. Their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond make the experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about their mouthwatering flavors! This charming little place is definitely worth a visit. We couldn't resist taking some pints to go.

One of my favorite ice cream spots in area! And by far my favorite cow-themed spot (sorry Sweet Cow, you come in 2nd). Everything we sampled was delicious and loaded with mix-ins. Salted Oreo and cookie jar were family favorites. The staff was friendly. There are a few tables inside, but nowhere to sit outside (not that you'd want to--it's located in a not-so-scenic strip center). My suggestion, take your ice cream to the nearby Waneka Lake Park and stroll around the lake while you eat it.

Atmosphere is very chill. Really enjoyed everything me and my friends tried! The cherry was incredible and I also really Enjoyed the play dough. The color of the play dough was spot on to the actual stuff and tastes like fruity pebbles cereal and milk. Pints are $6.00 which is a decent price I’d say. I took home a pint of the Salted Oreo and really enjoyed it as well. I’ll be back! This has been one of the best ice cream spots I’ve had around the greater Boulder area! I will be back and highly recommend this to others!

Amazing ice cream! Such good flavors and service is wonderful too. Everyone there is so kind. I only docked one star because they need to fix their lights— they flash and need to be replaced. Not a big deal but those flashing lights trigger migraines for me— and they did. But otherwise this is a great ice cream shop with a wide variety of awesome flavors!

Cowabunga is right next to the bowling alley in Lafayette (has a door connecting to it and to the outside). We enjoyed the icecream - very creamy and lots of interesting flavors. They had a few typical ones (chocolate, vanilla, etc) and some twists on other flavors (strawberry with Oreos, mint with marshmallow, etc). My two kids (2 & 4yrs) really enjoyed it as well. The prices are fair for the sizing and they have a tiny cup (the mini moo) that is perfect for kids.
My kids really enjoyed drawing on the chalk board wall. We also loved that the icecream glass was low enough that kids can see the icecream.
*The only downside is that they didn't have a high chair - it's something I'd really recommend management get for the future!
Overall, we are really excited there is a new local icecream place and will be going back in the future!

Very tasty. Wife loved the death by chocolate with whipped cream. I got butter pecan and Oreo salted caramel in a waffle cone and that was a blast from my childhood personally. The best part of the chocolate flavor was the use of dark chocolate which has been rare when we do get an ice cream craving, it was very rich and decadent.

I was really excited to try this place. We pass it fairly often but are always in a rush. Finally we had time to stop in, and unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. The staff didnt say "welcome", didnt ask how they could help us, nothing. The ice cream was ok but the brownie "bites" seemed really old. One of the staff had shorts on that had ALOT of her buttcheeks out...and im not someone whos typically bothered by that stuff..but thats SUPER gross around food. How unwelcoming it felt totally ruined the atmosohere for us. I really wanted to like this place... but I cant. Hopefully management makes some changes. I hate to leave such a bad review but, there really wasnt a single thing during my visit that stood out in a positive way. Even if all the other stuff sucked, at least being welcomed would change the overall experience. If the hubby ever lets us go back, and something is different, ill update my review.
