Nous avons été extrêmement mal reçus par cette boutique. Le personnel, en plus d’être désagréable et irrespectueux, ne s’est même pas donné la peine de nous prévenir que la boutique allait fermée. Résultat : nous avons attendu 30 minutes dans le froid à -9 pour nous faire refouler devant la porte.
Le pire dans tout ça c'est que nous étions les derniers clients de la queue.
Ce comportement est un total manque de respect envers les clients. Si vous ne savez pas gérer un établissement correctement, il vaut mieux fermer définitivement. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit à toute personne cherchant un minimum de considération.

This place was an absolute highlight of my trip to New York! If you’re visiting during the winter months, it’s the perfect spot to warm up with a unique and indulgent treat. Their signature hot chocolate is unlike anything I’ve ever had before – it’s rich, velvety, and deeply chocolatey, with a texture that’s slightly thick, making every sip feel like pure decadence.

The marshmallow cream topping is out of this world – soft, fluffy, and melts beautifully into the drink. You also get a wide variety of toppings to customize your drink to your liking, which adds to the fun and makes it feel truly special. If you’re a fan of ice cream, you’ll love their options, too! The ice cream is of exceptional quality, with plenty of flavors to choose from, allowing you to mix and match with the hot chocolate or enjoy it on its own. The ability to create different combinations makes it a spot you’ll want to visit more than once.

Prices range between $12-15, which I found to be absolutely fair given the premium quality and the experience. Despite the high demand, the service was fast, efficient, and friendly. The staff was well-organized, and even with a line, it moved quickly.

One thing to note: there aren’t any seating areas or places to stand and enjoy your drink inside the shop, so be prepared to take it to go. That said, the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the presentation of the drinks is so beautiful you’ll want to snap a picture before diving in.

If you’re in New York, especially during the colder months, this is an absolute must-try! It’s not just a drink – it’s an experience. Whether you’re a hot chocolate enthusiast or just looking for something special, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I only visited here after seeing the long line. I personally do not think that it is worth the wait time. We ordered hot chocolate sundae and white hot chocolate. As others mentioned, it is way too sweet. Also, I don’t think that hot chocolate portion is that high quality.

I ordered the Classic S’mores hot chocolate and my boyfriend got the Ferrero Glacé hot chocolate. Both were absolutely delicious and the cream on top was so light and tasty! The chocolate tasted excellent and rich, it is not watery at all.

The toasted marshmallow around the rim was nice for a few bites, but I couldn’t finish it. I recommend grabbing a spoon and mixing in the cream with the hot chocolate as you drink.

Really enjoyed the classic hot chocolate. The hot chocolate could have been a little bit more sweeter because I love sweets but overall was amazing. Highly recommend to give it a try and my total wait time 1 hour

This is the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had! The texture was thick and luxurious, almost like a dessert in a cup. I loved the variety—they offer everything from classic dark chocolate to unique flavors like white chocolate and peppermint. The presentation was beautiful, with a little whipped cream cloud on top and the marshmallow ring.

Great treats, love the waffle cup and the peach sundae (it was in season and delicious). In the winter time the hot chocolates are good! Wish there was more seating, but what are you gonna do
