Je suis venu à NYC pour manger de bons produits américains. C’est exactement ce que propose ce glacier.

L’Europe a la glace « style italienne » avec ses marqueurs: texture, mono-saveur, plus sur le fruit, sorbet…
Les USA ont la soft-serve (toppings, nappage, dip et j’en passe).

Ici on est sur un type italien avec des saveurs très américaines : cookie dough, churros, brownie, pb, etc.

Les glaces sont bonnes, les portions généreuses, les parfums variés.

Les cônes simples sont délicieux (clairement du cône haut de gamme). On peut aussi choisir un « waffle cones » qui lui est cuit sur place, délicieux.

Beaucoup d’options véganes disponibles. (véganes et délicieuses).

C’est ouvert tard et tous les jours.

Despite its small size, this establishment is full of charm. Our upper west side home is located near this location. We received excellent flavor recommendations from the evening staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. The location is highly recommended if you are in the area. My god, the vegan peanut butter brownie is amazing. For a friendly family date night location, stop in for a scoop.

A cute little ice cream chain with plenty of options both regular and Jain or Vegan or Vegetarian food lovers.

I tried their vegan dark chocolate flavor and was food (though I found it to be a bit too bitter for me). Also, tried their strawberry short cake and was good.

Will visit again to try remaining flavors

Wow! I didn't know vegan ice cream could be this delicious. We shared a 2 scoop cup peanut butter brownie honeycrisp (doesn't it already sound like it has a lot going on?) and the coffee affogato (I mean who doesn't enjoy one of those after lunch?) So you could say we ordered possibly the best 2 flavors to savor after a light-ish lunch. The interior was super clean and bright and trendy. Our cashier/customer service person was patient in answering our questions when selecting flavors.

Had been wanting to try Van Leeuwen for a long time and I am so glad I finally did!! Got the sour cherry creamsicle flavour and it was tart, just sweet enough, creamy and refreshing. Prices are a tad high but the portions are big and the flavours are creative

We walked by and I decided to treat my kid for a long day. It was great. The price was high but the scoops were huge! The waffle was yummy. The strawberry didn't taste all sweet which made me feel great. The earl grey was also very nicely done. The downside was that there was no restroom visible at sight. The staff was very nice and helpful. The shop was bright and cheerful. I love a good ice cream in the winter, too 😉

Absolutely love the ice cream. On two visits, we had three of their vegan options, Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Cookies and Cream Caramel Swirl, and Peanut Butter Brownie Honeycomb, and they were all AMAZING. It was almost impossible to taste the difference with real ice cream. I'm just happy that they have no locations near where I live since I would have to go every day.

We are so completely obsessed with VanLeeuwen. I think we have now been to every location. One of the best vegan ice creams around. So great to have real vegan toppings like hot fudge and whipped cream.

The vegan Peanut Butter Brownie Honeycomb (there is no honey in it) is hands down one of the best things I've ever eaten.
