The best part of my experience at G’s Dental Studio—besides Dr. Christina, who is truly a master of her craft—was my appointment with Eric, the hygienist. I’ve never left a cleaning appointment and noticed such a remarkable improvement in the cleanliness of my teeth until I was treated by him. Eric is exceptional at what he does, ensuring every detail is meticulously addressed. My teeth felt incredibly clean afterward, and his dedication to thoroughness was unmatched.

What stood out even more was the depth of his explanations regarding my dental health. He provided clear, insightful recommendations to help me maintain optimal cleanliness at home. Beyond his expertise, Eric’s passion for his work and his friendly, attentive demeanor made the experience unforgettable. I genuinely left the appointment in awe of his service—he’s hands-down the best hygienist I’ve ever encountered.

My worries melted away almost instantly as soon as we went back to get started. The staff here is simply amazing. Everyone was so very patient and helpful with my kids. First of all, they send out electronic reminders via text and email. With my hectic schedule I find this extremely useful.
Upon arrival, there's a quick electronic form for treatment consent to fill out. After a brief moment, both my kids were seen and their teeth were cleaned.
The dentist who saw my kids is friendly and my kids like their hygienists.

Earlier this week I had an appointment at 8am at G’s Dental Studio, arriving at 7:40am. Despite checking in first, the six others who arrived later than I were attended to before me. But before anyone was tended to, the staff were informed about a “huddle,” in the back of the office where they discussed business matters, which resulted in more of a delay.

By 8:22 am, all of the other patients who arrived later than I were called, except for me. This left me feeling that my time was not being valued. And as a patient who suffers from anxiety due to PTSD, waiting in small rooms is anxiety inducing.

Consequently, I requested an itemized receipt to check my account balance, which confirmed I had a credit of over 800 dollars! Given the continued lack of respect I have felt towards my time, I insisted that a refund for my credit be processed immediately, as of November 12, 2024. I informed the very polite and professional male clerk who was working that morning that I have tried to give the office the benefit of the doubt but that morning just was such an inconvenience to me, medically speaking. My appointments were always on Friday afternoons so I never had any issues with the office until they changed the appointment dates to Tuesday.

I have previously inquired about initiating a refund during my last two visits and wanted to use the credit for another service, but, unfortunately, because of a) time constraints and b) I am moving away at the end of the month, I wanted to ensure that I received my money in full and promptly. The office manager did eventually call the next day and took my card information to process the return.

Lastly, I do want to let the office manager know that if they want people to respect their time by being on time, they need to respect the patient’s time, too, especially when we arrive early! IT GOES BOTH WAYS! Even the non-white patients whose money you’re holding hostage have careers and a life! Patient’s make sure this office doesn’t hold ANY of your money and that they treat your time and money with better respect, especially if you’re non-white.

This place is absolutely stellar in all aspects of performance. While undergoing treatments, I typically feel super uncomfortable but I was quick to relax because of Dr. Jung’s attitude and care. However, the main aspect which made this visit great was the receptionist Meghan. I have been through a lot these past couple of years and she treated me with an extreme amounts of kindness to the point I got emotional. This establishment doesn’t look at you like a tool for financial gain but rather as humans. I’ll be going back here from now on.

After disastrous experiences at another dentist office I had a consultation with Dr. Alex. He was great and actually took on my case after his last patient of the same day. He was excellent. His assistant was great. I wasn’t charged for the work as they are going to retrieve my payment from the other dentist office.

We’re so happy with our choice and plan on coming here for our future dental needs as well. The space is super clear, and their staff is immaculate. They’re very nice and do their best to make sure you’re always comfortable. Keep up the good work!
