I really enjoy this 7-11. The employees are always nice and everything is reasonably priced. I really enjoy the coffee, which a medium is like $1.75, can't beat it. Hopefully they keep the prime energy station as I have been enjoying that too.

Went in today at 10:45 to come across an issue where I needed a bit more help. The woman working there is incredibly rude, will not help you, and walks away when you're asking for help. This isn't the FIRST time this has happened before. I have an idea, fire her and I'll take her spot. At least I have customer service skills AND would want to help my customers.

Has refills for 52oz and under for $1.00 (52oz is a DOUBLE GULP) POSTED right next to the cups, CHARGED ME for the $1.40 refill for 53oz and up. I brought in my cup, guy at the register was VERY rude, did not believe me when I said it was a refill when the other cashier watched me bring it in and gave me such a snotty attitude. Then had the audacity to overcharge me! Terrible customer service. If you can't do math or run a store properly, please seek other employment for the sanctity of other customers.

Manager is always unavailable, I witnessed an employee committing a major health code violation. I spoke with the employee, but he just could not understand the issue. I tried for two days to get someone at 7-11 corporate to do something, but their customer service is shopped out to other countries and they could not understand the issue either. I am still trying to get someone to care, but no luck so far.
The employee allowed a customer hold a dog over the counter and rubbed and scratched it vigorously. I mentioned that there was food all around, some open like a burger in a sleeve and it could get contaminated, but it went in one ear and out the other.
Today ia day two of trying to get the manager of that store to respond. I called and got a guy who said he was the manager, but in talking to him it came out that he was the employee in question, just saying he was the manager. If this store allows stuff like this I would be afraid to buy anything there. It is probably covered in dog dander and fleas.
He said they have asked the guy to leave his obviously not service animal outside but he keeps bringing it in so they gave up. The guy should have been banned with the threat of a trespassing charge if he came back.

Run like those no-name places -- this store does not uphold the image of the reliability and service that is normally there under that 7-eleven sign and roof trim. The other store run by the same peopke at 1906 Balboa is only slightly better. Why not run properly like the one on Fanuel & Garnet? At least there people don't try to hide behind foreign languages or make the Customer solicit words.
